Clean room but very dated, I believe it is due to be updated but unsure when this will be. Motel style with 2-3 floors and no lift. Great location for South Lake Tahoe. The front door would sometimes swing open.

Check in was okay. I was a day late due to car issues. I was told I can stay another night without being charged. Them I received email saying I could not stay another night!

Location was walking distance to shops and casinos Card readers on doors didn’t work consistently. Room was a bit tired and overwhelmed looking. Beds were worn; too soft.

Room was clean, and the hotel has a great location. The only thing is that when I tried to contact the office they were not available - not even by phone. Office was empty when I had to check out, so I was not able to ask some questions, or when I had or make some requests.

Free coffee all day long, close to restaurants and heavenly village. Good for the price, breakfast available but you have to pay extra

Location is good though. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and entertainment, so there’s plenty to do nearby. Overall, not a bad place to stay.
