It was clean and good service

Always the best stay, front desk very sweet and helpful.

We have stayed here before so we decided to stay here again. Check-in was pretty easy and the rooms were clean. Like many hotels now, your room will only be serviced if you ask. This hotel has a very specific timeline that they follow. They will only give you towels every three days and fully clean every five. Unless you ask. After the second day we were in need of toilet paper and fresh towels, so I called to request a full service room cleaning including beds. That was at 8 o’clock in the morning. We left for the day and returned at 4 PM and nothing had been touched. When we advised the front desk they were very indifferent. They said someone will be by after a while. Two hours later no one showed. So I threw all of our garbage ourselves and went to the front desk to request fresh towels and toilet paper. After several questions they finally relented and gave me towels and TP. A few hours later, closer to 8 PM, someone stopped by and left more towels. Apparently they only had one housekeeper working the whole hotel. We had two rooms and the shower leaked onto the floor in both rooms. The free breakfast at the attached restaurant was OK. Fresh fruit, bagels, waffles, powdered, scrambled eggs, sausage, patties, and potatoes. In the evening, the restaurant is a nice BBQ place. Staff was friendly and it is close to many shops, including Starbucks and Target across the street. This hotel definitely needs to start some upkeep. If they can fix their issues, we would stay again.

Great location! Staff was friendly and professional. The outside fire pit enclosure was good and dog friendly. Breakfast was good everyday! Will definitely stay again

Great place to stay as we stopped through! Wonderful complementary breakfast and walking distance to the Heavenly gondola, dining and shops.

I loved the location and the breakfast! Also free bikes for guests was a plus !!

The rooms were dirty and the breakfast was awful. The receptionist did not know how to do their job. Find another place to stay.

Location, comfortable beds, breakfast was great Shower was like being on a cruise ship.

We found it odd that they charge $10/day for parking when the place is set up like a motel. The young man at the entrance of the restaurant seemed he’d rather be anywhere else. Perched at a stool with a phone in his hand he curtly asks patrons for voucher and is not interested in anything else.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but could've used another chair so guests didnt have to sit on the bed. Breakfast was solid and plentiful. The hotel was walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants and clise to several nice beaches and parks.

We keep returning to this place, we like the friendly staff, clean rooms and its location which is close to everything. You can walk to the Gondola, the shops and restaurants at Heavenly. Good selection of breakfast as well. Parking is $10/night.

Beds were great, comfy, clean ... good restaurants near by. This is an old motel with a face lift. Some new remodeling but still not as nice as I expected. Old painted over doors, sliding barn door to the bathroom was broken, so no privacy, shower was the size of a phone booth, parking was an additional $10. Its South Lake Tahoe so price was a premium this time of year, rooms wernt premium.

The staff were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, amd the breakfast food was good. The hotel was also conveniently located giving quick access to store shopping and various eateries. Nothing comes to mind.

near the city one of the lampshade not functioning i think the sucket outlet not working but overall nice location its in the heart of the city and breakfast is excellent.

Property is clean however the remote to our blinds did not work so my sister and I slept with blinds up, anyone walking past our room could peep in. A sheet to cover did not work, there was nothing to hang it on. Two women asleep with the potential of a passerby watching us sleep. This is unacceptable.

The bathroom is spacious, the room and bathroom were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The walls and ceiling were paper thin so when the people above us checked in in the middle of the night they sounded like a heard of elephants. Definitely not a room for light sleepers. Shower pressure was low. All breakfast utensils were single users, plastic cutlery came wrapped in plastic - an environmental disaster.
