I liked the hotel. The location of the hotel Breakfast room is too small for the amount of rooms and people. I did not like the problem with parking if I come back late it was really difficult to find parking. One night we walked to the restaurant areas because of that problem

We took a site for 6 people. The property was very comfortable, with a very large living room and a kitchen. The rooms were spacious, we didn't have any problems. The kitchen had only 3 forks even if the suite was , but we managed.

The access is easy the cleaness is poor When we arrive the door was open , the floor was dirty because you walk and immediately your foot is dirty, the bathroom was no clean at all.

Was a nice hotel.Breakfast was a bonus and in walking distance of heavenly village.

The desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was great. We stayed three nights. Our room was never attended by housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk and request clean towels, toilet paper and tissues. When l asked what to do with overflowing trash baskets, l was told to leave the trash by the door. It sat there for two days. For our entire stay there was the same trash (empty plastic bags and paper cups) Kay at the base of the stairs.

Hardware floors, we're not mopped. I got out of fresh shower and my feet were black immediately from dirty floor. Stayed for 4 nights. Room service never came

The hotel had a downgrade it’s weird that it was better during Covid? There was a wierd smell in the room and mold in the shower curtain. I would say you say you get what you pay for but it was about $600 for just 2 nights so not worth it there’s better options for that price.

The carpet in the room and on outside stairs was really gross. The room had a musty smell and the bed linens were dirty and old.

Location is great and the private beach is awesome with a discount. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were placed across the street, they told us on check in they would not be cleaning the room during our stay. The room is extremely outdated with a wall unit ac that rattles all night long and does little to cool the room. You have to move the curtain to use it so I hope you like bright white light all night. At $800 I would have hoped for better- I’d pay the extra to stay at the casino next time.

Room layout is terrible . Shower has NO door for privacy also very small, bathroom has no ventilation.
