The shower drain in my room was partially blocked, so the water drained very slowly, although the water pressure was decent. The hair dryer worked, but it only blew cold air. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. Overall, I would say it’s an okay hotel for a short stay, but nothing particularly special.

No phone in our room to contact staff. The TV didn't have WiFi when we checked in however, maintenance came right away and fixed the issue.

lots of space, great area, great views parking

Modern, very close to everthing, ac was good and cold, shower was nice and hot Food choices/ refreshments not a good selection. The checkin station is at the coffee station so if you’re checking in the girl at the desk is multitasking between food orders checking etc. no one told me we could use the bicycles so i was walking everywhere when there were bikes accessible. No one went over any of the “amenities” with me at check in but she was having to do about 10 other things

Great property to stay. Close to Lakeside beach and the hotel also provides you with the free entry passes. Also close to heavenly village and gandola. Park you car at the property and take a e-bike to go around . They also have a in-house cafe.

Rooms were very clean. The fires and smores at night are such a nice touch that the kids loved. Great location to walk to food, shops, beach.

nothing website very deceiving of the actual property

Our room had shower for wheelchair access, so it was big and open, the problem is that without noticing the water wasn't draining properly, after i was done showing i discovered that the entire hallway in the room was completely flooded Idk why its my fault But i haven't received my deposit back By how the floor looks its definitely not the first time

It is a great location and the common area is extremely nice. The fire pits were a nice touch along with the complimentary s’mores. Kids at the property were having a blast. The food was mediocre and the 15% off from booking was acknowledged and not given. The pillows were uncomfortable and the TV rarely worked in the evenings when we were back in the room. The room was never swept and there were crumbs and beads from when we arrived to when we left. There is no laundry on site although Google had said there was.

Communal spaces and the coffee area. Great smiles from staff.

Great location and setup Room was sold via booking . com as suitable for 2 adults and 1 14 year old daughter. The room only had one bed and was not suitable for this occupancy. Many hotels have temporary beds that they would add to allow enough sleeping space for the booked occupancy. There were no other hotels available to move to - so I went to camping shop and bought a inflatable matress and spent 2 very uncomfortable nights on the floor.

Nice staff and good community spirit. Comfortable beds. Nice to have the shared kitchen. The pool is not appealing. The property is dark and dirty and needs a serious overhaul. Bedrooms dark and dank and basic. Bathrooms depressing. Overpriced adult gostel but tahoe is expensive.

The patio section was really relaxing with the live music on Saturday afternoon. Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

We liked the spacious rooms, and the bunk beds were a good feature that our family really enjoyed. We liked the access to the South Lake Tahoe beach area, which was only a couple blocks' walk away, along with the complimentary passes to that beach. But it would have been better if: a) elevators were present to go up to the room; b) the air conditioner's remote control system had a button that needed to be pushed to really cool the room; I think it was called "enhanced"; c) if a closet was present in the master bedroom.
