Staff? What staff? No onsite staff other than the cleaning crew that showed up at check out time. All else is online. It’s a little bit cold for me. Nice location near the lake. Barn door for bathroom didn’t work well.

No staff on site so you have to complete check-in with a phone call. There was a maid cart sitting up on the 2nd floor but no maid to be seen. Door locks were electronic and our password was our phone number, set up by someone remotely. Just a strange way to do things. The room was very nice, with a kitchenette and more than usual floor space. The bathroom was tiny but okay if you don't have any special physical needs. The beds were usual hard motel beds and there were five crappy hard chairs to sit in, nothing comfortable. This place was okay for two nights but not for a longer stay.

Clean and well maintained hotel considering how old it is. Right in the center of town so everything is convenient. You have to street park - but finding a spot was never an issue. I highly recommend!

When we thought we had left something in there after checkout, the staff was incredibly prompt with helping us and sending someone over. Pretty easy to hear neighbors
