Comfort Inn South Portland Airport

This hotel staff goes above and beyond for their guests. Very clean establishment.

The staff is very friendly, well informed and helpful. There is plenty of parking available and the housekeeping staff is great and even offered fresh room amenities when we didn’t require their services. We were on a long vacation and took advantage of their self- service laundry area! The area was clean and machines worked great.

The property was clean except for mold in shower tile. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was ok.but not great. The cost was overpriced for value.

Only détraction were the oddly shaped pillows.

Our room was clean. The beds appear overstuffed but we’re comfortable. There are lots of pillows to choose from. There was good seating. Sound insulation was very light. Our room was across from the elevator We heard voices from the hall and neighboring rooms, including the people trying to catch a plane at the Jetport, very early in the morning. The bathroom door was almost fiberboard - way too lightweight. We didn’t try the breakfast. The price was right, parking was free and getting to the hotel and the jetport was easy.

Breakfast wasn't always (full) available during peak time. Staff was nice and place was clean.

Great stay, clean room, kind staff, good breakfast, and lots of parking. Only complaint I had was a shower head that needed to be repaired.

Clean and well-maintained; however, essential hygiene supplies (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and toothbrushes) are insufficient. location and cleanliness

Great location. If I'm being petty, the wear and tear of the carpet and that's it. I would stay again and would also recommend.
