Good but expensive

Great stay, i don’t care what the other reviews say. I’m picky about where I stay and this was a great establishment from the bar to the rooms and to the views of oyster bay!

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and the restaurant and check in staff were awful Staff need to be better trained on politeness. The person who checked us in was rude although the young man working next to us was very nice.

The only issue we had wirh our room is we requested maid service upon check in when asked by the front desk if we wanted maid services. He advised us to make sure that the “do not disturb” sign was not up in the morning. We did that when we left around 10am and returned to our room in the late evening, only to enter and see that our room was not cleaned at all. I spoke to the front desk and the employee was very helpful and told me she would send someone up to bring in fresh towels and empty our trash. Housekeeping arrived quickly with the fresh towels and came in to pick up the trash in our room. However, this male housekeeper was absolutely rude! I thanked for coming up to bring us new towels, but his attitude was was dismissive! It was as if it was a burden for him to come up and bring us fresh towels and pick up our trash when it should have been take care of earlier in the day when we weren’t in our room!

Great stay. Free parking. Convenient. Clean spacious room with water view. Good value.

Everything is perfect!

The food was tremendous! The cleanliness was outstanding and the service was remarkable and friendly. There was a DJ in the lounge Friday night and live entertainment on Saturday night. And did I mention the food? The entrees were delicious and portion sizes were humongous! Special shout out to Mercy at the front desk who made sure our stay comfortable. Loved the pool and the property and location off of the freeway.

Rooms always clean, hotel staff is great. Parking should be cheaper. It’s $25 per night plus tax.

This hotel was a great place to stay after our long plane trip. The staff got us checked in early, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, and so was the whole property. The restaurant dining area has a fantastic view.
