Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites South San Francisco

Property was extremely run down. The common areas were dirty and our room wasn’t the best. Hotel was NOT as pictured online - they most definitely used stock photos from their other properties!!! We decided to stay and give it our best effort since we were there for the vacation and not just the hotel. The only 2 staff members who were pleasant were the gentleman putting out the breakfast daily and one man who got us clean towels. The other 3 people we saw at the front desk were always less than happy and acted like they wanted to be anywhere else. Would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others

The room was nice and clean. The free use of washing machines and dryers is definitely a plus. The free breakfast included a cheese omelet, scramble eggs, bacon. Potatoes, bagels , fresh fruit , cereal and coffee.

Almost everything was straightforward. The hotel is old and rundown and in need of an update. The cooking smells are baked into the walls. The price is good for the area, but you get what you pay for. The breakfast staff was rude and only provided the bare minimum for service…they would even start cleaning up early before the advertised breakfast times.

Just I think you’re not allowed pets on the hotel and need to change the pillow is uncomfortable and smells weird

We had a room t with a kitchen and a few utens were missing, we called the front desk and they brought us the missing kitchen items.

Clean and comfortable easy

It was quick & easy to check-in. The only downfall was the surprise deposit amount of $150 that I didn’t see on the website when booking. The room was nice and clean, but when attempting to use the body lotion and conditioner they were both close to being empty.

After I paid for th night staff informed me that there was a $16 parking fee even if you have a disable tag. Also the bath/shower water ran real slow and weak.

Balcony door didn’t lock and the balcony had a hole in the floor. We have a toddler and were shocked by the situation. They swapped us rooms, but the property is not well maintained. Breakfast was horrible. There was no coffee creamer, just random containers of different things like almond milk and juice. Who has coffee but no creamer? They had some eggs and apples and toast. That’s pretty much it. Everyone that walked in expecting food was very disappointed.

Property is nice and clean but missing shampoo, body wash, hangers, bedsheet for sofa bed. Phone is missing some buttons especially front desk. Had to go down to front lobby twice to get supplies. Overall, nice place to stay, probably just housekeeping duties not checked.

Excellent service and staff

The hotel seemed very rundown and had an awful smell, no matter where you went on the first floor. The walls were thin, and it was very noisy. Kitchen was dirty. The refrigerator doors paint was rubbed off wasn’t worth the money paid. Needless to say I will never stay here again.

Property was very dated. other than that was great

The front desk staff member, a young man, was very rude, and unhelpful. Not only did he treat us like trash, but he did not give us a room until 1 hour after check in and we were there at 3:00 pm. Also the room has flies, smells, and the door did not open so we had to wait another hour for maintenance to change the door lock. We are never going back there.

The room was clean and comfortable, although the carpet was a little worn. The buffet was okay; good variety. Coffee was tasty

Comfortable and clean bed. Breakfast was terrible. Staff was helpful. Air conditioner in suites is in the living area, so separate bedroom is quite warm. Probably not return to this hotel.

Looking forward to stay at this hotel, however while checking in we found out we had to pay 16.00 each night for parking. It was never noted when we booked the hotel. The food was not the greatest, same breakfast everyday. Diced potato’s were cold. Only had milk, coffee to drink. No juice or water. They only clean your room once a week. If you run out of items you have to ask for more, however the phone in the room did not work.
