Hotel was great for my family. We enjoyed the breakfast that they offered during our stay. Noted staff will wipe down the tables during breakfast time to ensure other guests sat at a clean one each time and replenished refreshments/food at a decent time. Room was well stocked and cleaned. Staff was very kind and helpful upon checking in and out. Would recommend.

Clean rooms, close to the airport, easy to find, and it felt safe. We would use it again when flying out the next morning.

Our room was clean. The mattresses on the queen beds may need to be replaced. They were kind of flat. The sofa bed mattress was really flat. An area of the bathroom floor tile seems to be loose. One of the staff at the breakfast area on Wednesday and another on Thursday were very helpful.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and very pleasant. I always stay at a Home2Suites if available whenever I travel if one is in the area. I have never once not had a pleasant experience at any of the dozen or so locations I have visited.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. The location was convenient to both downtown San Francisco and the airport. Breakfast was really good. I will definitely stay here again while I’m in San Francisco.

We checked in after midnight and it didn’t phase the front desk at all. The bed was SO comfortable!

The hotel was at a very convenient location for us and breakfast in the morning was very helpful and more than a basic cereal bar. Parking was not as excessively expensive compared to the city parking.

Zero pool! So if you have little ones know this in advance. Breakfast has variety. Not to friendly

Really easy check in/out process, staff was nice and helpful. Basic breakfast, but OK to grab a quick bite. Room space was good, only bad thing is the placement of the TV.

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast is excellent. Very clean and classy stay. We enjoyed our stay.

I used one specific card for this hotel, it was brand new. Only time I took it out of my RFID wallet was to check-in and I haven't used it since. One week later and I have unauthorized online charges on my card.
