Bathroom had poop stains, no hand soap and it looked like they didn’t even clean the room before our arrival

Very cozy spot in South San Francisco. Very accessible to the city.

This hotel was relatively safe, which is all I really wanted, but otherwise quite strange. My friend and I were staying here for a music festival in SF, so we arrived to check in after the festival at 11pm. To their credit, there was a staff member there to check us in, but the key card she gave us didn't work. We went back and forth about 4 times (with different cards) before she came out and opened our door for us. When we asked what to do about opening our door in the future, she said to just come get her. Quite inconvenient for everyone involved, but we weren't going in and out that often, and she was readily available when we needed our door opened the next night. The room itself was visibly clean, save for some browning on the walls, which were somewhat off-putting. What was more off-putting was the fact that the bathroom light didn't work, so we just showered with our phone flashlights on. There were also some random thumbtacks in the wall. Not sure how often they actually thoroughly clean the rooms if they didn't notice these things. The listing advertises free parking, but there aren't spots reserved for the rooms, so their small lot is first come, first serve. Arriving late, we had to park down the street. Also, warning about the fridge, it will freeze anything you put in there. Overall it was a fine place to sleep for cheap, so long as you have a good sense of humor.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE! SUPER DIRTY IN THE FIRST ROOM AND EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE CARPETS WERE FILTHY AND I WAS SURPRISED TO NOT FIND ANY COCKROACHES! BLOOD ON THE COUCH, TV DIDN’T WORK, PHONE TO THE OFFICE DIDN’T WORK, TOWELS AND FACIAL CLOTH LOOKED LIKE IT WAS USED TO DRY OFF ALL THE WILDLIFE FOR DECADES, PILLOWS WERE SO BAD THAT I HAD TO USE MY BACKPACK. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. BEWARE AND FOREWARNED!!

Exceptional

i was given an uncleaned room twice . I didnt want to be a bother and I needed a room to stay in so the second room, i just slept on the couch. Towels were used, bed was unmade, trash wasn’t taken out and the fridge was filled with last guest’s food. Staff was decent and helped me with the first room- but still gave me an uncleaned 2nd room

Clean

The smoke detector was broken and buried in a drawer. The sink faucet was dripping as well as the shower’s. I told the attendant and stated he would come by, never did. The coffee pot was missing. I cut my days short due to lack of service. No one came to clean nor to delivery new towels when requested. Do not stay there, my personal experience has been the worse so far.

We got to the property at 1:45am to do check in and they gave us a dirty room, beds were nod done obviously they forgot to clean and check the room, they didn’t have any other room available and we had to drive back home 2 hours, the worst experience ever!

Not much to say I liked. I had a very strange “check in” experience. I talked to someone through a ring door bell and my key card was sitting in a planter outside. Very unprofessional. Very dirty. Trash everywhere outside the room. Saw some bugs in the room.

Good service

Ok for a one night stay. Good location to access freeway going north or south. It is sort of run down and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Nice couches in the rooms. However, there are bright floodlights in the courtyard, and the light goes into the rooms, so you have light coming through the shutters all night; they need curtains. The carpet in my room was also wet due to small shower curtains that are not properly installed, so we had to walk on wet carpet throughout our stay.

Peaceful sleep at quiet motel a little furtheraway from the other motels. It was basic room, but clean. We slept well there.

But it really comes down to the shower. It didn’t work because that’s literally the only reason that I got the room so I could take a shower and they said they would fix it the next day because it was not your business hours when I told them that it wasn’t working, so I even booked another day in my room in the hopes of a shower no shower was had

Clean room good location for the the price.
