The staff need to work on their service skills they were a bit rude and difficult to approach.

And the parking lot was filled when I got back late at night. There was no place to park. Seems like they need more parking structures or like I said before it needs an overhaul.

Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The hotel is old and run down. If you do not mind old stained carpets, 80's furniture, dated curtains, chipped paint and maybe a working TV then this is the place for you. I was an Expedia customer and they charged me for the room as well. So now I have two charges on my credit card I have to challenge.

The room was in general disrepair. Ceiling patches very poorly done and the aesthetic was overall tired. Both of us showered in the AM and the water was ice cold. I tried to speak to the manager about it, but was told no manager was there, although there appeared to be one in an office that the clerk went into to get the business card.

The very small pool/hot tub (?) is permanently closed and surrounded by a large fence; this area could be redeveloped... Transport links to San Francisco are excellent (Caltrain), and the station is just a short walk from the hotel. Unfortunately, you have to pay a parking fee at the hotel ..... I find that a real shame... for me personally, that’s part of customer service—especially since you have to arrive by car.

Shuttle service to airport was a plus. Good wifi. Basic stay no thrills. Could not do more than one night there.

Shuttle schedule is very intermittent, especially late in the evening: waited an hour between 10pm and 11pm for airport pickup.

Shuttle was like Wild Toad’s ride ‘at your own risk’: seatbelts were non-operational. Breakfast low quality, ‘instant food’ type. However, staff was kind & efficient. Prepaid for 2 nights. Checked out after one.

breakfast,bed tv didn´t work, phone didn´t work, maintanence came 3 times still nothing.

Es nuestra primera vez tiene algunos detalles el hotel la puerta del baño sonaba muy feo al abrirse la puerta le pusimos poquito aceite y quedó.lo otro es la regadera tenía muy poca precion.lo otro a mi esposa y a mi hija les dio una alergia con la sábanas y tenían picazón al cobijarse . Y por último las puertas principales son muy difícil de abrir

I liked the full breakfast and the staff was very helpful on things to do and the transportation that was available.

parking was very reasonable, staff friendly, good location by the train into downtown, overall very good stay for 3 nights to see the city.
