My stay was stress free! There was plenty of parking, clean “smart” room, and free breakfast! I was able to only focus on my trip activities and relaxation!!!

Plenty of parking, rooms were okay. No extra lotions or shampoos/conditioners available. The breakfasts were also okay… a combination of some cooked foods and Costco fare.

Stayed one night. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room didn’t smell musty like some hotel rooms do when you first walk in. The shower was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good and had plenty of options. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and it is very close to the business location I visit. The breakfast is not so good, scrambled eggs seem to be cooked out of egg beat; there is a very small soap by the sink, we should get more without having to ask. The new billing system is confusing.

Parking can get a little crowded but I guess it is a small hotel. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was hotel breakfast but they had a variety. Waffles were good.

A member of our party promptly visited the front desk to report this malfunction and request immediate assistance, hoping for a swift resolution. However, despite notifying your staff of the critical issue, no one from your team arrived to investigate or rectify the problem throughout the remainder of the night. As a direct result of this unaddressed disturbance, we were completely unable to obtain any meaningful rest. The incessant alarm noise led to a thoroughly sleepless and uncomfortable night, significantly detracting from our overall experience.

The room was small but very comfortable. Great shower. Getting the temperature where you want it is simple. Enjoy having fridge in room. Breakfast was much more than a continental breakfast. There is a room near front desk that has snacks and other items you can get at any time. Noticed there was a computer that guest were using along with a printer. I didnt go to the bar but heard others say they enjoyed it. Hotel is quiet, I noticed people waiting for airport shuttle. I did not need that but it appeared to be convenient and scheduled hourly. Its very close to SFO. Only issue that would prevent me from staying at the Fairfield next trip would be the price to park. If you are renting a car or have your own there is no free parking. It does state this so I knew about it. You are not in the city where you expect to pay to park. Its not common for hotels to charge for parking if you are a guest there. So add parking cost to each day and your good fair hotel price goes up by $25 a night. Coming again in July its a shame parking cost will make me choose to stay somewhere else.

Details need to be corrected

I asked for toothpaste and staff at front (desk on evening shift 20th March 2026) told me to buy from mini market (no problems yet) but I saw them giving away toothpaste to other guests (different staff member).

View from the room was also rather poor.

The initial room assigned to me was fine; however, the queen-size bed was too soft for my back. The next day, I spoke with the front desk and explained my situation. They were very understanding and promptly assisted me. They even allowed me to try beds in different rooms before making a selection. I was then moved to another room with two queen-size beds, and I chose one that was slightly firmer and much more comfortable for me. I am very satisfied with my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport Oyster Point. Thank you very much. The food was overall good; however, the scrambled eggs were a bit watery and lacked firmness. The hash browns were also too hard and dry. Aside from those items, everything else was great.

Every single thing at this hotel was amazing. Except for parking which I had to pay lol. But overall it was great experience staying here!
