Modern and clean. Good location and free parking.

Great location in South SF- close to airport, about 30 mins from downtown. Felt safe, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included and reasonable parking fee. Would stay here again

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also very clean. Location was great but the neighborhood is industrial.

Great hotel.

The hotel was great and the times for the breakfast was very convenient. An d the multi choices for food was amazing. The staff were very helpful with everything.

Also advertised as pet friendly, but no areas designated for pets to be walked or bags supplied.

We enjoyed our very quick stay here when airport delays advised us to miss our connection out of SFO and we needed to overnight before the next flight. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to get toothbrushes at the little shop at the front desk. Breakfast was plentiful and busy. Reserving the shuttle back to the airport was easy, but be sure to look at the pickup timing and drop off times near the front desk. We paid the shuttle fee, $5 each, with added tip in cash leaving the bus. We would stay again if we need to.

The hotel was exactly as pictured. It was clean and well maintained. The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were knowledgeable and personable. I didn't experience any issues so other than check-in and check-out, I did not engage with hotel staff. The breakfast for sufficient for daily breakfast. Nothing spectacular but not bad either. It was conveniently located to my primary destination, the airport, and other areas in San Francisco. The hotel could use an upgrade. I'm not a fan of having to pay for parking, it seems excessive.

This is not a very walkable location. There are three fast food places within walking distance but in general, this is not a walkable area.

Clean, comfortable and the staff was really accommodating. I ended up booking last minute after a terrible experience at a nearby hotel. The price has dropped substantially for the same day bookings! Originally I would have had to move rooms after the first night but the staff checked and made it work the following morning to stay in the same room, at the lower rate. Which I really appreciated. Location is a bit far from train stations and nicer coffee shops and stuff if you're walking. But doable if you're in the right mindset.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Parking was easy. Definitely will stay here again!

Property was very nice and convenient to San Francisco. Overbooked for the room we needed and comped an extra room but we didn’t get to stay together.
