A very comfortable and decent place to spend a night close to the airport.

From the pictures the room doesnt look the same. The breakfast they didnt have much options. Our toilet had no lid and our lamp didnt have a light bulb. Also we called for more bath towels they told me "you have to come get it yourself". First hotel ive been to that doesnt bring it to your room. But overall it was quiet and calm. And free shuttle from airport was good.

Mold in room, cobwebs, sink falling off of wall. Will not stay here again!
-
1) there was no counter space for the sink 2) room lighting was non terrible 3) no desk to work on 4) Wi-Fi was slow 5) parking inconvenient and was charged $16 6) breakfast has no protein options (like a hard boiled egg) and the rest of the food was not nutritional empty calories. 7) check in was unwelcoming 8) I had to move the side table to access the outlet and there was debris that looked like it had been there for a significant period of time

Great overall. Very accommodating and helpful hotel staff.

Catalina was friendly at reception, but there was no parking available and we had to park on the street.

Staff is amazing. Absolutely no complaints there! Location is ok- out the way and amenities accessible on foot if needed. ONLY complaint was the airport shuttle. I called ahead AND once landed and still was driven right past. The shuttle driver isn’t “staff” but if you depend on it to get to the hotel, hopefully you had more luck than i did. However, the man working the desk (I wish I got his name bc he helped in other ways as well) made up for it. Would stay here again.

This place charged me a fee to park in their parking lot. I had a dog with me so I paid $75 per night per dog on top of that I would not call this complementary breakfast. I would call this bagels bread and a toaster on the countertop. We were on the third floor and it was extremely noisy. I was woken up multiple times I saw all the total of eight people in one room if you want somewhere cheap to stay this is not it. They have a bunch of hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until you get there.

there is a great lobby bar with a decent menu, and very freindly and helpful staff. It is less than 10 minutes from Ft. lauderdale airportand the hotel provides free transport to and from. Also on site parking is available at a very reasonable guest rate. The pool is sparkling clean, as are the rooms. We have stayed here three visits now and will stay again in the future. Great rates and great everything.

The airport shuttle was terrible. We waited an hour for the shuttle to pick us up and he never showed up. We spent $30 on a cab. The room we were given is not the room I originally paid for months ago and I could not even understand the office worker; she didn't speak very good English.

The room was decent and clean. I only slept literally overnight and got up and had to leave the next morning for an event. The parking situation is a little rough because a lot of small. Had to drive around the building a few times before I was able to find a part. Staff was pretty nice though I did appreciate that. There was a slight issue with my reservation but they were able to get it taken care of pretty quickly.

Okay for a short stay and visit the city, on a budget trip.

Clean and convenient! Great location, about 10 minutes from the airport. With an early morning flight, took me 30 minutes to drive to the airport, return my rental car, and be at my gate. Would stay in SF again!

Friendly staff. Clean room.
-
In short, the breakfast was terrible; there wasn't really a breakfast—just coffee and hard, cold donuts.

Exceptional

Staff were helpful. I was given a room with almost zero day light due to a tree I front of it, room 205. I recommend removing the tree. I complained and got a better room. The hotel is to be expected for its rating.
