Park Pointe Hotel

Room not presentable clean or welcoming. Left hotel for another hotel to stay.

The buffet was discusting. That the property has detioriated is an understatement.

Price was right for the location

In SFO areas, affordable hotel.

Great for short stays and overnights.

It was good.

Room was clean enough, staff where not the friendliest except for one guy went above and beyond to make sure we where good also just about every room service staff down not speak English at all the building looks like a horror set, parking was ok, never turn the AC on cause it was already cold but it was working basically you get what you paid for.

After we got our keys we drove a block back passing all these dilapidated rooms Got to the 1st room and the keys didn't work We asked for accessible rooms he said there were none yet there was only 5 cars in the parking lot! The pictures must have been from 50 years ago that are on your site It looked like a beautiful nice comfortable place to stay It was the worst fleabag motel I have ever seen!

They need to repair this property

The property looks awful. Really run down. The inside was nice. The lobby was nice and the room was pretty nice. But the outside was terrible. It’s looks abandoned

It looks nothing like the picture on line it very old my room smells like pets was living in there. The smell was very strong the rugs look old and dirty

Great cheap place going through remodel. Pretty much No frills hotel. Nice rooms though and nice lobby. Outside. Still a work in progress

Would not recommend.
