Conveniently located in Southern Pines, this accommodation, while being somewhat spartan and a little time-weathered, was very clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The owner-couple were both very friendly. And the breakfast was more varied than one would expect at this price point. Would return.

We stayed in one of the Presidential Suites and it was fantastic. We had a living room with a sofa, a comfy chair, a coffee table and end tables. It also had a television, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was between the living room, and the bedroom. The bedroom had its own TV. The setup was great! The room was very clean. The breakfast area was also clean, and the staff were very nice. I will definitely stay there again.

When I have to work in Pinehurst I like to stay at this hotel. It’s clean, safe, good AC and the staff is so nice. There’s lots of restaurants just down the street from the hotel, a few grocery stores and shopping centers.

The staff was poised to help in every situation, they aim to please. Even though the hotel is beside a major highway, it is very quiet. Ample parking with easy access.

Not much to like there. There was a musty/moldy smell in the room. Felt the cost was too high for the quality. We won’t stop there again.
