We were able to opt for adding new year eve dinner. Free parking offered. Near town centre.

Everything was good. A little bit out of season in Sovata on our date , but we spent only on night. Parking in the yard, breakfast ok. It has elevator.

- room size is very nice and balcony makes the difference - excelent sleeping condition : quiet area and very confortable sleeping mattres - very good position near to both lakes Negru & Ursu. - big outdoor private parking and indoor. - in some days during breakfast the staff seems understaffed - they could't really keep up with the customer needs

Not much. Actually the only good thing was balcony In the underground parking, right in front of the elevator, there is a hidden 10 cm step under a grey linoleum. It is invisible, very dangerous, and I tripped and fell over it. I informed reception, but even the next day nothing had been done. The shower cabin is so tight you can barely close the door – once inside, you can’t move at all. Breakfast is very slow – either the coffee machines run out and long lines form, or items finish and take ages to be replenished. There is no AC

The pillows were uncomfortable like a rock. A little bit too noisy for my taste(the door from the balcony doesn't close to tight, and I heard all the traffic).

The property was advertised as with AC, but we didn’t have AC in our room, we had to sleep with the balcony door open and it was very muggy and wet and loud and we couldn’t get any sleep

Bedsheets had a strong smell of washing solution or smth, it was impossible to stay, we had to open the window. I would suggest using neutral solutions,w/o smell, suitable for different guests. Also breakfast could've been better.

Lots of parking. Be sure to use the address you receive by email. Don't just google 'Villa Noblesse' - you will go in circles. Room was warm.
