Front desk staff smiled and welcomed me at check-in. The lobby and room had a clean , fresh smell. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was sparse, and I wish there was more variety. All and all the stay was a decent value.

The hotel decor was nice, and the check-in staff were nice enough. Our experience was frustrating from start to finish. When we arrived, the check-in system was down. We were told they would call us when our room was ready, but we never received a call and had to walk back to check ourselves. The worst part was the late-night disruptions. Around 10:00 PM, someone knocked on our door and unlocked/opened it before my husband could even answer, claiming they were "checking if the room was occupied." Then, at 11:15 PM, the room phone rang and woke up my husband (who was exhausted after driving all day)—once again, staff calling to check occupancy. This reflects a major communication breakdown that could have easily been avoided with basic manual bookkeeping during a system outage. On top of that, the room cleanliness was below standard, and we discovered billing errors before even checking out—we were overcharged and charged on the wrong credit card. Overall, very poorly managed.

I arrived early and exhausted, after a long drive. The receptionist was kind and attentive and let me know as soon as a room came available. I also used the indoor pool and found it clean and invigorating. The room and facilities were very clean. The inside of the room window did need a wipe down; but that is being picky. I was Very Very pleased with my stay!
