The location was excellent for shopping/refueling/restaurants. The breakfast was good. One morning items were on the low end but other mornings just fine. The beds were good, only issue was that all 4 pillows on my bed smelled of past usage...ie, cologne, sweat, and hair products. The room was good...it had a musty smell when first entering. Obviously the air conditioning did dispell the odor somewhat. The air conditioner cooled very well.

Hotels.com is a scam, the fact that you could not issue a refund for a simple booking error is laughable. Your website defaults the book date to whatever day they want as you make the reservation.. not the day of like it should. Therefore if you aren't careful, you book the wrong date and a refund is not an option. What a joke. I would never recommend using Hotels.com ever.

Yes The food was horrible. The breakfast was nasty all pork. Everybody don’t eat pork and everybody don’t eat oatmeal.

The room was super clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar had a large variety of different foods. I also love that the hotel is located next to many restaurants and shopping plazas. The pool was not heated, it was very cold.

The breakfast was awesome. Liked coffee in room. Indoor swimming pool and exercise room was fantastic. Loved proximity to mall restaurants etc. I wish there had been a trash can in the hallway.

The complimentary Breakfast was fantastic!! The best I've had a hotel in years!! Our entire stay was wonderful! Staff was friendly and professional - and so helpful!

So clean. Smelled so good. Front desk guy (I think it began with a C- Carlos maybe) was amazing upon check in. Room was great- quiet , cozy and spacious. Breakfast would have been good, but at 7:50 or so they were out of ALL warm things (eggs) , and people asked they never came and replenished things- we left after about 20 min- still nada. And the oatmeal was good texture, but it was almost luke warm- maybe we caught it on an off day cause life happens - but other guests were not thrilled with this situation.
