Which caused us to arrive at 11:30 pm . Robert was there to welcome us and he was SO kind and had us checked in within minutes! Awesome stay!

Robert the front receptionist was on point ,he had our keys ready made check in go smoothly, let us know where and when things happen, very well prepared, he has excellent service! Thank you for the wonderful stay,room was clean, atmosphere with nice! we'll be back!

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The staff were very kind and accommodating. When we arrived to our room, which was a double queen room, the toilet did not work properly and was leaking on the backside. The hotel was accommodating by giving us a new room(s) which they had to give us 2 rooms with a king bed due to there were no more double queen bed rooms available. This was okay but not ideal as we had to go back forth to each room to get clothes and such. The beds are very firm. The walls are thin and could hear the people next door. The ice machine did not work well, don't believe it was producing enough to accommodate all guests.

Nice clean place to stay in Spartanburg. Breakfast has a good variety but nothing crazy. Staff is friendly and helpful.
