Super clean and nice hotel. Only had the opportunity to utilize one of their amenities being it was a one night stay. Everyone was nice and very friendly. Would stay again!

The pool, the gym, and the staff was always friendly when walking out or into the building.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. The outdoor furniture was nice but the cushions needed replaced. They were visibly soiled and torn.

Housekeeping could be a little more friendly and more accommodating. However everyone else and everything else was amazing!!

My room in this hotel during to their overbooking. They put me in a less nice hotel next door and told me it was the same price. Then my room wasn’t even cleaned and filthy! Such a disappointment.

Very nice hotel in Spartanburg. Clean room and bath, with comfy bed. Appreciate mini kureg in room, just wish they had bold brew. Heirloom restaurant & bar top notch.
