Left too early to try Hot tub seemed like it was missing some chemicals, lots of foam. But overall the hot tub is very small and perfect for 2 people and it was not very hot at all. The steam room was beautiful just didn’t generate enough heat/ steam and was missing the traditional aromas like eucalyptus

There was a couple of staff that were extremely rude, and unprofessional at the bar area. However, management stepped in to take care of that in the end, so overall, okay.

We love the hotel, very clean and nice! Our GPS got confused but we were able to locate the property.

Breakfast could have more vegan options, it`s mostly the usual intercontinental selection. The room doors are heavy and sometimes they get stuck.

Very well located: easy access by car from the highway and easy access walking to the old town. Very friendly staff. Too bad that you need to climb stairs to access the pool, my husband, in a wheelchair, could not use it. It should also be clearly stated on the website that the minimum age to use the pool and gym area is 16 yo and up so we know before booking.

Great location, clean, new, modern, comfortable. Great price (off season). Breakfast is a bit basic (I expected bigger choice).

Location was nice and the view was pretty amazing but the star of the hotel is definitely a staff member named Frane. We came in late at night but he made sure we got a very smooth check-in and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. If I am ever in Split, I will choose this hotel knowing it has great staff such as Frane.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived a couple of hours early and they were able to get us a room a little earlier. The location was perfect, not too far from Old Town and the hotel was beautiful.

We are somewhat regulars having stayed here several times. The rooms, staff and spa are all fantastic. The restaurant keeps getting better.

We are extremely satisfied with our stay! Excellent customer service from all your employees, receptionists are by far the best. Breakfast was really good, the room was so clean and the view sensational! The hotel is logistically well placed in Split. We thank you for all your help and we will be back!

The views, how modern and clean it is. A short walk to downtown You can't access the parking basement if you haven't checked in first, so you have to park outside which is difficult due to lack of spots.
