Rooms were clean and very modern. Breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options. Decent gym for a hotel. Didn’t feel like a true 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t overly helpful or friendly.

Great rooms Short on restaurant staff and no water at restaurant unless you buy a bottle of water

Pool & spa closed for renovation- no advanced warning

The hotel room was very spacious, quiet, modern and clean. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The bread was not very fresh for breakfast.

The room was nice, comfortable, and spacious. The Wifi worked well. The breakfast was excellent. The cleaning crew was friendly. The location was okay, but I wish it were a little closer to old town split. Some of the staff were not very friendly. The air conditioning did not work well initially. A repairman was sent to the room and reported that the air conditioner was repaired when in fact it was not. When my wife reported that the air conditioner still didn't work, the staff didn't believe her. They sent the repairman back and he acknowledged that it wasn't fixed and proceeded to finally fix the unit.

Good location. Clean property. decent breakfast. There was hardly any pressure in the hot water mode in shower. Water was still lukewarm at best. Pressure would only be reasonable you switch it to fully cold or fully mixed mode, but it would too cold for comfort I assume for most people. Also, the elevator went out for several hours in the morning forcing people to climb up six stories or bring down their luggage.

Location. That’s 5 star hotel only on the paper. The quality of the service it’s not on the expected level. No valet parking, no one to help with the luggage when coming to the hotel (if you’re coming later in the day, because apparently the doorman works only morning shift). Breakfast is deficient and gets cold very soon in the morning. Not enough gluten free options. Everything that is fried or grilled is extremely oily.

Proximity to ultra music festival Rooms were very dated and there was black mold in the shower. The rooms were significantly less nice than pictured. Our bedsheets were dirty at check in. The front desk staff was very rude when I raised these issues with them and were unable to help. Would not recommend staying here.

We were upgraded to an executive suite on the executive floor which was a very pleasant surprise. The suite was wonderful with a balcony on the top floor of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with with lots of selections. We paid for half board which included a nighly dinner which was also very good. The hotel is surpunded with shops and restaurants. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It has nothing to do with the hotel but just be prepared if you drive the locals are very ignorant and will cut you off.

The apartment was spacious with two bathrooms, very bright and with a view of the sea in the distance. Breakfast was varied. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The beds are not very comfortable. The windows were not clean.

I had booked a standard double room and when we arrived they had upgraded us to a SUITE!! This really made my boyfriend’s 40th birthday special!! So grateful to the staff at Atrium. The hotel was clean and the SPA was a wonderful added extra. This hotel is a perfectly walkable distance to Old Split about 15 minutes.

Close to the old town. Good breakfasts. The hotel is definitely not worthy of 5 stars, in my opinion, a maximum of 3 stars. The room needs to be renovated. The mattress was old and squeaky. The window was very dirty.
