Extremely helpful staff ! The menu for lunch was not casual enough

The stairs because I have mobility issues but knew about them when I booked. The shower doesn't drain.

The staff were lovely, accommodating and friendly. The room I stayed in was comfortable and air-conditioned.

We appreciated the renovated rooms, which were comfortable, well air-conditioned, and provided a good night’s sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the room offered the amenities needed for a pleasant and convenient stay. We also enjoyed the restaurant. While some of the prices were comparable to those of regular restaurants in the area, the food was excellent and very enjoyable. The dishes had a home-cooked feel while maintaining a high level of quality and presentation. Another aspect we liked was that this is a family-run property. The two sisters and their mother were friendly, welcoming, and full of character, creating a warm and personal atmosphere that made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. On the downside, while our room was clearly renovated and comfortable, the hotel as a whole feels somewhat dated and could benefit from a refresh in some areas. There was a sense that the property may have seen its peak years in the past, and an overall renovation would help bring the common spaces up to the same standard as the updated rooms.

We booked a hotel with dinning facilities when we reached the hotel there was a wedding thus restaurant was closed to guests, forcing us to find other dinner option after a long drive

Staff were friendly & helpful. The second room where we stayed were clean & comfortable. The location was ok, a 10-15 min walk to the Old Town. Overall the hotel was superb, a family driven cozy hotel. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience in Split. The breakfast was ok, it would have been nice for a variation.

Lovely staff of women! Helped with luggage, upgraded us to a larger room and provided a packed lunch due to departing too early to eat the included breakfast. Location was much further from old town than depicted on the booking.com map. No elevator and the air conditioning did not work. If you don’t mind the extra walking or possible non-working A/C, the value is good for what is an expensive city.

Family run hotel. Could use updating but very clean and affordable

The staff, room, and breakfast were great. However, the location is not a great asset of this hotel. It is more than 1.5 km from the city center. The hotel does not have an elevator. However, our luggage was delivered to the room. We were greeted with cold sparkling and still water and cold beer.

Staff members were all wonderful! Breakfast is very good and healthy with variety. Don’t expect an American type buffet. Rather a smaller buffet that is eco-friendly. Part of room is carpeted that would be better in wood or wood- like.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere and extremely helpful people.
