1- Think of it like a hotel where only beds are provided. It is ok if you are single and looking for a budget room for 1-2 nights only. Jump to number 4 if u r just looking for a clean bed, it is ok for you. 2- not recommended if you are traveling as a family. Rooms are small. There are not much facilities, cupboards for your clothes or luggage, not much space in the room. 3- Although they provide, better to bring your own toiletries like towels and shampoo. 4- There is no reception. It is just a building. All communications are on whatsupp. you take keys from a locker with password at the entrance, and leave to same place when checkout. You will not see any human staff around. 5- If you will travel for beaches, I do not recoomend, still you can visit miyu beach club at znjan beach. If you have visited beaches in turkiye, greece or italy, than you can not count the beaches around city center as real beaches. 6 - if you will travel for ultra music festival, two years ago it was great, this year it was shit, be sure about the lineup before booking tickets. 7 - If you wanna eat something very quick : spinach and cheese pastry at dobrojutro is best (only this pastry not others) , mcdonalds is in joker shopping mall, icecream is great at gelateria emiliana shops. quality food : Aquarelle Bistro in oldtown. 8- you can use uber to everywhere around city. 9 - on your return way at airport, after you passed to gates and duty free area, if you are traveling to city out of schengen like london, istanbul, you will see passport control, do not pass very early, nothing much to do while waiting no cafe, no smoking area, just a little market and sandwich desk. all my explanations are above.

I loved the tub No fridge, difficult to find

The room photos shown here did not reflect reality, and the experience was very poor. It did not meet expectations or justify the price. There were very few facilities and amenities (the reality was completely different from what was described and shown in the pictures). Very bad Cleanliness in room. Breakfast is not offered at the hotel. Instead, use food vouchers to visit one of the three partner cafés, which are also so far by distance (30 minutes) from the hotel.

The picture showed a big room and a tub but when we got there it was a very tiny room and no tub. It was still a nice room just not what we thought we were paying for. Price should have been a little cheaper for what we got.

It wasn’t cleaned well and it was very small.

The hotel is beautiful and the host is really friendly and helpful. We will absolutely book here again!

The owner, Ivana welcoming us when we arrived at the premises. She even upgraded us to bigger room without me mentioning that Its my birthday that day. We had a comfortable stay and better location. Would probably want to come back again if we are coming back to split.

No fridge

Very friendly owner, good communication, met us in time, showed us everything. Gave some recommendation what to visit in the city, was ready to answer questions after check in. Rooms have beautiful city views at night. Self checkout. It's better to ask for parking in advance, preferably ask to book paid one. You might not be lucky to find one there easily (we took literally the last one in the evening).

I stayed in a single room with a bathroom on the ground floor. The neighborhood (Kman) is quiet, and there is a bus stop nearby for bus number 9, which goes directly to the ferry port(near is old town). The staff was kind and contacted me via WhatsApp messages about the check-in (it starts at 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM), and they also gave me clear instructions for self check-in. I did the self check-in without any problems, as well as the payment of the tourist tax. In addition, the staff also sent me recommendations on what to see in the area and which restaurants to visit. There are no downsides — you enter the room with a card, and if I have to mention one small drawback, it’s that the bathroom doesn’t have a hook for hanging a towel or placing things.

Staff was extremely accommodating under the circumstances Very disappointing stay. Access by car was extremely difficult and even unsafe. Although paid parking was listed, it was practically unusable, and I had to park on the street much farther away. The property should clearly warn guests about this before booking. It was also very hard to locate. The room was shockingly small — more like a storage cubicle than a hotel room — with no desk, chair, or table. There was nowhere to work, sit comfortably, or even unpack. The bathroom was tiny, with no place for toiletries, and exposed electrical wires above the mirror made it feel unsafe and unfinished. Basic amenities such as coffee, tea, or water were missing. When arranged upon request, there was no suitable space or outlet to use them, and even with an extension cord, the setup was awkward and impractical. While the hostess was kind and tried her best, the property itself falls far below acceptable standards. Guests deserve transparency, safety, and at least minimal comfort — none of which were met here. I cannot recommend this place.

Beautiful clean and new room. Great location, great views,helpful and kind host. Host does have private parking in front, take it because public free parking is very limited and tight!

Great host and the hotel was perfect for our short stay in Split. It is in a quiet area and the old city is a 5 min taxi or uber away. Hot shower and cold ac!
