Be sure to arrange offsite parking in advance if driving by car.

Our room was very elegant. The bathroom was gorgeous. The towels and bedding were very soft and comfortable. The front desk. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. A little difficult to find but well worth it

Location is definitely wonderful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped secure parking outside of town and even sent someone to it to help us with our luggage and locate the hotel inside the palace walls. Rooms were fairly small, there was no mini bar, only one person working at the front desk, so no one could come up to fix our TV that wasn’t working!

Centrally located in Diocletian Palace. Great place to rest during the day. Bathroom fixtures broken or poorly placed.

Receptionist was ultra friendly on check-in and the entire staff was friendly throughout the stay; if you want to be in centre of Split it comes with a bit of an adventure because online maps may not be able to fully point out where you should go so there will be a bit of luck in finding the most efficient route on 1st try; comfy bed; I certainly would not overpay for it, but based on price point on this occasion, I would stay there again The breakfast items that were supposed to be warm or preferably borderline hot were borderline cold on at least 2 mornings which sadly forced me to steer clear of that part of the breakfast room; the rest of the breakfast items that didn't need heat to enjoy were excellent; the shower head seemed to be faulty; generally speaking I don't like a step up or down out of bathroom, but this building is in an ancient part of the city - you just have to roll with some things; the room was bit cluttered for the space provided

We stayed here in May 2026. The hotel is on one of the small alley ways within the Old Town area of Split. It seems a bit intimidating to find at first but I was able to do it after a slight misdirection. Once you find it, it's easy to find from there on. Our room was near the top and overlooked the restaurant in the courtyard. We didn't have any issues with noise. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The towel warmer didn't work but otherwise all else was very good. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety. From the hotel, you are a few mins of walking to the many things to see and do in Old Town Split. We really enjoyed this beautiful town.

The room was very clean. The location is perfect. The refrigerator inside the closet made the room very hot while working. Also the smell from the kitchen gets inside the room too.

Location, balcony overlooking old city roof tops. (This was top room :) Shower was awkward and low pressure.

Everything Nothing

The location was surprisingly quiet . The staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was ok.

WiFi is really slow

Breakfast Right in the middle of the palace

Fantastic location within the palace walls. Beautiful room,. Very clean and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lavish and delicious Since cars are not allowed inside the walled city (there’s no way they would fit anyway) pack light and know how to use google maps to find your way through the labyrinth of narrow stone streets

Room was very small with too much furniture. Fridge did not work. We brought this to the staff's attention and we were moved to another larger room. Again fridge not working. TV was also not working. For a 4 star hotel, not great.

Staying at Jupiter Heritage Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Split, right inside the ancient walls of Diocletian’s Palace. The atmosphere is unique—where history meets comfort. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was within walking distance, making it the ideal place to explore the city.

Staff was a bit rough. The terrace was one of the reasons I booked but found out it was not open and could not access until June. Was also very difficult to find and parking was huge issue

The staff were very helpful and quick to respond! They arranged for airport pickup for us and were very flexible despite a bunch of flight changes and delays. The room itself and hotel breakfast were lovely! Very convenient walking location within the old town as well.

It was so comfortable and pretty .....great staff. The location was absolutely perfect. A little hard to find at first, so have it on your phone before you head out. The breakfast and coffee machine was wonderful....only thing I would ask is to make the dishes that are supposed to be served hot, be served hot. My only gripe.
