In the heart of the Diocletian palace and right by the Split Riva! Many restaurants around. Very convenient location! No noise in the room where I was! 10 min from ferry port and from buses that take to the airport. Breakfast is offsite (10 min walk) at a restaurant. Breakfast is descent.

The location is ideal. The entrance to the property leads much to be desired! You go down a little dirty alley that has no ambience and there is no sign to the front door of the property. Everyone is confused trying to find it.

Great hotel in the old town of Split. Great walkable location to all the nearby attractions. Wonderful front desk staff and they helped arrange airport transfer for us. Hotel is very old but has an elevator going up past the first floor. Beautiful rooftop terrace with a great view. Overall it was everything we needed in Split! The bed could have been more comfortable and had a few larger or softer blankets. Small quilts only.

Location of course was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Forgot to explain breakfast and didn't give us vouchers for the first morning.

The location and rooftop were excellent No blankets on the bed, bed also sagged in the middle, refrigerator was broken and would not cool

The hotel is very unique as it’s located in a former palace. The decor was great, you could feel the medieval vibes! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Location was perfect! It’s located inside the Old City and it’s gets noisy if the windows are open.

Location was awesome. Property was probably in much better shape long ago but it’s clearly seen some hard living and not been kept up as well as it should have been. Rooms had some mildewy smell and some random stuff like floorboards that were ajar.

Great location, very clean; tasty breakfast and excellent customer service, Bianca and Nora were excellent.

The prime location and the vintage interior decoration. There is no lift from the reception to the first floor. Inconvenient for us, senior travelers.

Location was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. There was a TV but no service for 5 nights. The same was in my friend’s room so I would assume the lack of signal was hotel wide. Despite the lack of internet connection, I loved my stay there and will always cherish my experience In Split.

Hotel was fine. very small breakfast area only complain. In fact, breakfast was very weak compared to every other booking.com place we stayed at.

Bianca was absolutely amazing! From the start she was so welcoming , pleasant and helpful. The location , architecture and room were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully renovated rooms, leaving old world charm Not easily accessible inside but staff was more than willing to accommodate by doing whatever they needed to do Friday night street noise until midnight was a bit intrusive but probably excusable because we were just off a 14 hour flight The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable Really, not much
