Cleaning staff were amazing. They accommodated everything we needed in a timely manner. The room was very clean and had a great view of the harbor. We enjoyed just looking out the window and watching the action on the water. Ice is free, they have coffee and tea out for donation and sandwich fixings in the refrigerator just in case. Again the housekeeping is awesome, the sea view is awesome, they have a ceiling fan and a great air conditioning. The room was very clean. There is a small fridge in the room and a teapot with cups that the housekeeping takes care of cleaning for you. There is also amazing hot water in the shower. The photos are very misleading. We thought we were getting a larger room with a sitting area and accommodations for cooking. When we got there we had purchased food to cook and because of the photos of the stove top in the shared kitchen we thought we would be able to cook and were told that we were not able to cook. When we asked to switch rooms to the room that had the kitchen the management would not let us do it. We even said we would pay the difference. The laundry is advertised to be available but it is not free and there is no dryer. They do give you a rack to dry your clothes on. The room size is also very misleading. There is no microwave available for gas, and there is only a small fridge in the kitchen to keep your food in no real kitchen and the kitchen is shared with other rooms. If you are going to bring a car be sure that you let them know in advance as this was a little tricky to navigate. The plastic covers on the beds are very uncomfortable. We ended take up taking ours off. There are also so many motion lights all over the room that come on through the night even when you move in bed they just go on. There is no streaming on the TV, or casting from your phone.

Great location with a view of the pier, very close to the city center where the tour meet-up points and restaurants were. Great facilities, big room with a wonderful balcony.

The location was excellent for our purposes. We enjoyed being near the water and a short walk to the center of town. We loved being right across the street from Basta where we had many nice meals. There was no staff on premises so a simple thing like resupplying coffee pods was not handled.

The room was clean, modern and efficient. Great view over the water and easy walking distance to Riva, Old City, and port. Common area was hot and stuffy and frig was not supplied as shown on chalk board.

Staff was super communicative to our requests, and helped us hold our luggage and check in early. Any needs we had were quickly met, and the room was amazingly comfortable. The blackout curtains were also very clutch due to the sun coming in the windows very early in the morning. It honestly was a perfect place to stay at the end of our honeymoon. It really put an awesome bookend on the trip!

Great location just out of the city center. They had parking on site!!! Which is a rarity in these cities it seems. Beautiful apartment. The ‘kitchen’ is a shared space. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean (shared with another room-not an issue for us as we just made friends!). Nothing

Bathroom appeared clean but had a very bad smell, we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to keep the smell from entering the rest of the room. Hot water for the shower ran out.

Excellent location, lovely and comfortable apartment. Staff was wonderful. It could have used its own coffee maker. Easy access to one upstairs common area but I would have preferred in the apartment.

Location could not have been better. Beautiful view of the harbor and private on-site parking. There was a nice kitchen area with an ice machine, which was wonderful!

Entry to building could be cleaner and more inviting, maybe some fresh paint. Couldn’t connect our iPhones to the tvs to stream shows.

Incredible location over looking the harbour. Far enough from the busy part of town that we found it quiet at night but still close enough to walk to everything you need/want. Comfy room with a nice patio. Large modern bathroom. Access to a shared area with small amenities and laundry. Pick up service at the airport was a nice additional. Honestly this spot was great for what we needed.

Friendly and communicative staff. Great location. Loved the balcony between our rooms for morning coffee.

Only thing I would like is to have a couple chairs and a little table on the balcony for coffee in the morning. It was such a beautiful view.

The view from the room was incredible. The location is amazing, you have a supermarket downstairs and the old town is a 10 min walk , the property has a shared kitchen (stove not operative) and a living room.

Location Waters in room would be nice.

Location right by the waterfront. Short distance to Old Town. Very comfortable room. Nothing.
