Heritage Hotel Antique Split

A truly wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean and a great mix of new combined with elements of the original palace. The location can’t be beat - right in the heart of the palace, yet the rooms are very quiet thanks to the double pane windows. Daily breakfast is a treat, with both a buffet and cooked to order items. The real stand out of this hotel though is the staff and the service. Everyone we encounter is friendly and efficient and work hard to make your stay the best it can be. Thankfully, we are coming back here again soon. We are looking forward to it. I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could. Nothing

Fabulous location, right in the heart of the old town. The staff especially Ante and Ana were exceptionally helpful. We appreciated being met at the bus station on arrival.

The customer services went above and beyond our expectations. Each staff member had a pride of ownership. Every aspect of our experience was exceptional.

The location is great. Don't miss the eggs at breakfast, prepared by the owner. She and Ante are wonderful. Spend the money on the room with the view of the church. It is magical at night and early in the morning.

I love the staff! Jan, Ivan, Anet, Juliet and everyone else I missed. It was a home away from home! 5 star accommodation and service! The team went out of their way to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and memorable! I loved breakfast, fresh pastries, juices, and coffee! The AC worked great! The hotel was situated in very close walking distance to fabulous restaurants, gileto shops, and high end sick scarves shops that featured Dalmatian pattens! The music nearby at 1700 year square in evenings were pleasant and filled with fold from around the world! I prefer single king size beds versus pushing two twins together although it was still very confortable. I was grateful for the help getting my luggage to the location in old town during the early evening! Would have struggled if I didn't stay in touch with the 24x7 staff that is so passionate about making your stay the best in Split!!! Dry lucky to have met such a well educated and talented team that could speak superb English in addition to numerous others!

The customer service is next level. We were greeted with a warm smile in the street by Juliana after getting lost. Our bags were carried to our room. The breakfast is wonderfully cooked by Jan with plenty of other options on the buffet. Coffee and snacks are available all day, self-serve. Excellent recommendations for restaurants and a tour guide, who was a history professor and was spectacular. Jan even walked me and my bags to the next hotel I was staying at. These are life long natives who love their jobs and their city. We were treated like friends. Bravo to you!

I didn’t just like everything, I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, I felt welcomed and attended to; the woman who met us (sorry I don’t remember your name) showed us a map of where we were, what to see and when, and gave us restaurant suggestions. Yan treated us like family, asking about our day, how did we sleep, etc. He was proactive in asking about our ins and outs and then arranging help with our luggage. He figured out our luggage transport, car rental and ferry issues. Stressless for us! Beautifully decorated room. Beds, towels, pillows, robes, slippers very comfortable. Quiet AC, good fan in bathroom. Good lighting. Breakfast is delicious! Eggs and pancakes cooked to order and a buffet.

If you want to stay within the old palace walls with close proximity to all sites, this small boutique hotel is ideal. Pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Only 8 rooms. Has AC. Large room. I thought it was expensive but just about everything has increased in price.

Beautiful old hotel right in the palace walls. The perfect location for seeing Split or catching a ferry out to an island. The breakfast was excellent with individual egg dishes provided freshly prepared. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Nothing to dislike. Ideally I'd avoid having a car with you although it can be arranged.

It was in the old town and very close to the Riva. The staff was exceptional. They met us where our Uber driver dropped us since there are no cars allowed in the old town. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breadfast was good. Staff was very engaging and always willing to help. Nothing.

Great location, very convenient to everywhere. The kitchen provides coffee, tea, juices, fruit, desert and wines all day long. Breakfast is good too. Short distance to car park or taxi drop off as it is inside the old town which doesn’t allow car. If you have big luggage, you will need to call the receptionist for the help.

What an amazing property! Right in the heart of Dicletians Palace. From the warm welcome by Anté, his demeanor and welcome are us feel at home! He helped us carry our suitcases and was super super helpful in letting us know what to do, where to eat, what to explore in Split! It was his city! Thabk you! We also got an upgrade to a suite which we really appreciated! We were made to feel very special! The breakfast was nice and cozy made to order by the most amazing Cooks! Thank you so so much! We loved our stay here at Heritage Split! Nothing!
