Location was just perfect...the passages, pathways and plazas of the Palace await right out your door. Room was very cool( interesting), and set the mood. Clean and comfortable. Host was accommodating. Meeting up with the host was a little challenging. The parking arrangements worked out fine in the end, but providing a bit more info in advance could mitigate any potential concerns upon arrival. Room was a bit tight, but it works.

Perfect location Nothing to dislike

Was a great place to stay during our 3 days in Split. It's location in the old town meant getting around was a breeze, and in spite of the fact it's directly above a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent. The AC and cozy bed made for a comfortable night's sleep. There's a few stairs and the room's pretty cozy but that's normal in Europe.

The room was located within the palace walls so if you are interested in the Old Town area this is a great choice. The owner is extremely helpful with off-site parking since there are no cars allowed in the Old Town. He is also helpful with recommendations. The room is very small but clean, well equipped, and nicely located within the palace walls. Be prepared to carry your luggage a few blocks and up some stairs. The shower floor was slippery and could use some nonslip stickers or pad.

Great location and very close to port, once you find it. No screens with windows open, brings in noseeums that bite. Host was responsive when needed. I had a very hard time locating the property. The street names are not visible. I had to ask directions 3 different times. I was glad I got a video for help finding it. Little deceiving with beach photos.

Hospitable host, location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here. None. All good.

Location was good I thought the person who greeted us would show us to our apartment. Instead, he texted us a video to watch that guided us through the narrow streets. It wasn't horrible and he was very nice offering recommendations on where to eat, but given how busy the area was, it would have been nice if he took the time to take us to the apartment

The host was very hospitable and shared amazing recommendations. Location is unbeatable. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely stay here. Nothing. All good.

It was Mesmerizing so beautiful I like everything

This was a comfortable room in a very convenient location in old town Split. The owners parked our car for us for 15 euros a day and was very accommodating. He gave lots of food recommendations too. There is a good spot right outside the door! Then, I forgot medicine in the fridge and took the ferry to Hvar. They let me know and met me at the ferry port in Split when I returned! Nothing.

Had an excellent stay here. The apartment is in a really great central location to food and activities. Clean room, with easy access for checkin.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This place is perfectly situated in Old Town, so it is so easy to get to all of the sites. The staff reached out via WhatsApp a couple of days before we arrived to see if we needed transportation or anything. We had our own transportation, so they sent very detailed information including a video of where the driver should park and how we should navigate the narrow streets (which can be confusing) to find the place. The room was wonderful and comfortable. There was a mini-fridge that included a couple of waters and beers. We had a VERY long travel day the day we arrived, and thoroughly needed those beers! As we were leaving, I let Falcon know that we had consumed them in case he needed to charge us, and he graciously said to consider them a welcome gift. That was so unexpected and sweet! I can't think of anything.

Beautiful room in the perfect location! Eight in the heart of Old Town but down a beautiful alley that was quiet. The host was exceptional. My luggage was lost and he offered to take me to the airport to get it two days later when it arrived. Awesome trip and highly recommend!

So cozy and bed was very comfortable. Host was amazing at answering all questions. Wish we could have staued longer.

Location was perfect. We needed an extra night which was available. We were able to walk from the bus station. Upon leaving, we met the owner, paid for the extra night and took us to our rental car. Nothing. It's on the smaller size but it's all we needed.

Bed was a bit too soft for us but we prefer sleeping on very firm mattresses
