New Lux Villa Merissima

The property was lovely, the staff was amazing, beginning our day with a light breakfast & of course, coffee was a perk, & the location was perfect! There was nothing we disliked!

Location is excellent. Staff very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Being an elderly couple the very narrow staircase wasn’t easy to climb. Luckily our room was on the first floor. It wasn’t much of a safety box as it wasn’t attached at all to the wall. No knobs in the bathroom to hang the towels on … the one rack was too high up to hang ONE towel on….

The location was great — a very quiet area and a short walk from everything. The room was very clean and had nice touches, with a desk, small closet and ottomans. The breakfast was very good. Ivana, the owner, was very responsive and Nina at the property was very friendly and helpful with advice.

This was an absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast, perfectly located in olde towne split. You walk out the front door to unlimited resteraunts, and walking distance to the peers with entertainment. I would stay here again 100 percent if I am ever back in Split!

Close to everything you want to see in old town Cold buffet was sub average. Immediate Neighbourhood was sketchy. Neighbours smoking dope etc. Noisy at night

The location of the property is excellent visiting Diocletian’s palace, sampling great food, and accessing the many tour opportunities in Spilt. The property doesn’t really have a very comfortable common area for guests traveling with others. The rooms are comfortable for sleeping but not for socializing.

It's our second stay. The staffs are very generous and try their best to provide us with whatever we need. We had a very fantastic stay here. If one day we are coming back, we'll definitely stay here out of questions!

The owner tried his best to meet our needs. We really appreciated it. The bed is soft and convenient. The hotel locates in an old building in the city center. When we lived here, we felt we went back hundreds of years ago. Thank you very much!
