The shower and balcony were beautiful. The receptionist was a very attentive, kind, and helpful Croatian man. Knowledgeable of the area. He's definitely a one man show. The AC is wonderful. Breakfast was a nice addition to the stay. Hats off to the chef. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely a clean and organized place to stay in a quiet neighborhood not far from the square and water. The views are incredible.. Everyone was pleasant to talk to in the neighborhood. No washcloths and face cloths. So bring yours if you like to wash your face. They have everything else.

The apartment is walking distance to the old town, and located quiet neighborhood We miss a water cooker in the room.

Everything! The room was really nice and clean! The breakfeast is small but has everything you need for a very complete meal!! Personal very nice and helpfull! Definitly recomend!! 5*

New apartments, clean and tidy. Nice breakfast. Slightly out, but we walked from the bus station easily. Walked a different route each time to old town. only about 800m or so. Close to local bus station too. Used this to get a bus to Trogir. Buy a ticket (return) or can get a ferry back from Trogir. 2 euro each way by bus if ticket pre-purchased, takes about an hour BusNo 37. Also stops at the airport en route. There are plenty of small supermarkets/bakeries nearby. A couple of restaurants are also very close.

Very nice, modern rooms with plenty of space and a large bathroom. Also had the best breakfast of our trip which was a nice surprise considering the size of the property (amazing pistachio croissants)! Friendly staff and private parking available (for a fee). About a 15 minute walk down to the waterfront or 10 minutes to the edge of the old town. Set in a residential area so you feel like you're a little lost until you stumble across it but once we found it no issues. Really enjoyed our stay here. Only a couple minor suggestions - a kettle and tea/coffee in the room would be a nice addition and the bathroom didn't seem to have a fan to get rid of the steam/humidity. Bathroom could also have done with some towel hooks or a rail for them to dry. These weren't problems, just minor suggestions to make the room 10/10!

Very modern and clean and just a 10 min walk into the main town There could be slightly improved pillows and bedding eg. Double duvet instead of 2 singles

The place is only 10 minutes away from the centre of Split. You can easily go to the centre by foot during the day and have a good night rest. They offer the possibility for private parking which is very welcome when you are travelling by car. The breakfast was very nice.

Amazing accommodation with very friendly staff. Outside the busy center so quiet at night, but only a 10 min walk to the middle of old town. Top floor room was spectacular. Not a problem for us but no lift in the accommodation.

Great location. Good toiletries. Big room. Good AC There were insects all over the property. The man in the reception when we arrived was incredibly friendly and helpful but the lady who worked there the next day had an attitude and was arrogant.

The perfect spot for our stay in Split! The room was extremely modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend Seven Seas to anyone looking to visit Split!

We liked that it was clean and fresh rooms. The staff was super welcoming and made sure to help if we needed asstistance. We where there for a week and got our bed sheets changed only one time. It could have been done at least one more time.
