Riva City Rooms

The location is amazing. Step out the door and onto the Split Rivera walkway in two minutes. There is a small grocery store next to the apartment building entrance. The room has air conditioning and is very clean. The keyless entry makes the property very safe. The staff communicates quickly and is very helpful. It has a few things that keep it from being deluxe. One of the wall needs to be repainted and the wall paper behind the bed is peeling off. A tile on the bathroom floor is broken.

Great location, close to old town center and there’s a convenience store right below. Unable to change between AC and heat. We came in mid May and air that is blowing through is still warm. Staff said there’s only one central control and individual room temperature control is not possible. We were very uncomfortable the couple nights that we stayed due to the warmth. There is no fan to use and opening the window is not an option because of the noise outside. There bands that still play close to midnight.

Branka was an excellent host and very helpful in recommending places to go and finding us parking. The location is right by Old Town, and there’s lots of great places nearby to eat and walk around. Downtown can get a little loud at night sometimes, but that’s typical Split in the summer!

There is black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Otherwise, the place was extremely clean

Was located very centrally. Rooms had enough storage and looked after. Came with a safe free of charge which was ideal. Also had a fridge which helped if you wanted to buy food to keep. Couldn’t fault anything.

Amazing location and a fantastic room!!

Location. Clean. Functional. Street noise and inside noise ( fortunately only 4 rooms so limited noise within the building).

The location was excellent, the host was outstanding, and the room was spotless and comfortable.

I didnt get the room I suppose to get. i paid extra for the deluxe balcony and a seaview but i got a room which doesnt have view and facing the wall of the other apartment. I tried to talk to the woman who was incharge and said to me I was right. i talked to them if I can get back the money i paid extra and didnt hear from them at all

We had only one night in Split. This was the perfect place to stay between landing at the Split airport and leaving on the ferry the next day. A longer stay would have been nice though! The room was very comfortable, had lots of storage, a fantastic view, and the location could not be beat. Since we were so close to the ferry port, the palace, and beaches, we were able to minimize our time getting around Split and maximize our time enjoying it! The staff were very helpful with recommendations and tips.

Amazing location to main strip and very clean facilities. Helpful staff. Loud at night since it’s close to bars and clubs. Hard to sleep at night.

The property was is an amazing location so convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff was so helpful and gave us tips for places to eat. We get in after dark and Branka was waiting outside to make sure we found the location in the dark. So thoughtful!! Nothing! It was fantastic

We loved our stay for the price paid. Nothing to do with the management, but the neighbors were partying till 1-2am and we could hear everything. On another note - there was a festival outside the window and the music was super loud till 3 am… Again, this has nothing to do with the admins and management team. Overall - we loved our stay!
