The air conditioner and tv did not work ... it was reported, but still nothing was done about it. There were only two towels in the bathroom, we paid for five people ... we asked for more towels, they said they would deliver the next day, as they didn't have any clean towels. There was a beer can and two vape's left in the room. Only two chairs to sit on at the table. No couch or lounge chairs to sit on. The bathroom was not sanitary clean ... the bathroom was not was in need of repairs. No adjustments made for the lack of sufficient towels, no a/c, no tv, no chairs ... unpleasant stay. The staff was not helpful at all, offered no solutions ... he told us that we have two remote controllers in the room when we said the tv did not work.

Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.

Joke !!! I don’t recommend this establishment or the unhelpful staff! Drive righr by it and thank your lucky stars you were warned!!!’

Well, for one the first one there was no rubber bath to mat so I went down there asked him for one. It took him over an hour and a half to get it and then later that night I only had one bath towel so I went back down to the office.

The rooms were in need of major repairs

The space of the room Carpet was gross, fridge wasn’t cleaned out, no kitchenware, not enough towels, Toilet backs up, staff was rude. Evening staff and property manager lied was told I would get refunded my 1st and only got 50% refunded

refrigerator inoperativce, defrosted, rug wet. Tv unplugged and very dificult to set up with no instructions. needed 2 remotes and box and figure out how to program, no tv until last night but unable to switch language on tv. skimpy brfeakfast.

Microwave is having issues and the hotel walls have damaged in the room horrible bed and smells. They charged me for my tiny dog $45 and still wanted $50 deposit

The air conditioning socket doesn’t work, had to run a spot . The curtains were ripped up. The continental breakfast was a joke. There’s one bar soap for everything.

The smell was absolutely horrible - and it lingers on everything I had with me on the trip. Carpets were filthy & stained. Comforter & blankets had numerous old cigarette burns all over them. Mattress VERY old and worn out. There was a wooden block under my bed holding the middle of the sagging bed up. The upholstered chair was covered in stains. The towels were very small worn and scratchy. There were gross fingerprint sized globs of an unknown substance on the remote. I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room but the overwhelming smell of old cigarette burn was everywhere - in all the halls and entryways and throughout the room. The smell was so bad in the first room they gave me that I asked the front desk for another room. They were gracious about it and on inspection agreed that the cigarette smell was very stong & I did later see them bring fans into that room presumably to mitigate the smell. The second room still had a very bad smell that never got better. I picked this motel due to proximity to the venue I was attending. It was in a nice neighborhood that felt relatively safe and has great proximity to restaurants & shopping - but that in no way made up for the lack of c & smell. I have not yet been able to get horrible smell out of my luggage and gear. On the positive side - the shower had plentiful hot water and the shower curtain was clean and appeared new. I think it is just a very old property with furnishings and interiors far past their useable life.
