It was rather peaceful stay wasn't bothered to much and when I needed something they were quick to respond, sad the pool didnt work, but for the price I can't complain

Heard the rumors only place left with the fires in Spokane and first room was flooded beds teepeed in a triangle fans and NOW POWER. Went back to office it’s midnight exhausted and car needed a break from driving and no where lets you park and sleep in your car these days so went to get another room and eaten alive by guessing bedbugs. Everything thrown in the dumpster and lost my favorite shoes cause no way I was bringing anything home with me after that. Pics of bites and 1st room “they” moved us out of was so mentally and physically done by second room forgot pic but looked and smelt fine but the bites show otherwise.

Be careful of certain rooms. They have roaches

No bugs but I also didn't risk sleeping under the covers.

The rooms were clean and the water was hot for showers. My only complaint was that every time I wanted to get into my room I had to go back to the office and find someone who would recharge my card. Even if it had just been re-charged hours earlier. Not once was I able to get back into my room. The other problem was that the TV didn't want to work without me paying for a subscription. I asked for help but could not seem to get it so I didn't have a TV.

Rooms were clean. Grounds not so much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Toilet seat was very loose, but I know how to tighten the nuts. It was a smoking room, but I think they could do a better job at scrubbing the nicotine off of the bathroom tiles. All in all, it was a good bargain for a decent room.

Not clean, outlets not working, TV not working, drug addicts fighting in parking lot. No help from front desk.

The staff was kind and their cable was very good The pool was nasty and their barbeque area was gross the rm was semi cleaned and there bathtub was nasty

NOTHING The room was gross it was infested with bed bugs.. when I spoke with staff about it. She tried to blame it on me... WOULDN'T recommend this place to anyone

The location was close to many places we wanted to go, and they accommodated us with a playpen for our little one. There was a soda bottle cap on the floor when we got there next to the mini fridge.

The location It was not what is pictured on booking.com. The tub had excessive hair in the drain, I had asked them to ensure to clean my room especially the tub for my stay over and all that was done was the drain. The garbage wasn't even taken out.

The room was dirty, there was mold on the sheet, it was damp also. We stayed 3 nights with 3 kids and had noise complaints because the kids were loud. I get that but they are children. Housekeeping didnt knock once. We requested Housekeeping and towels and no one came. I will never stay there again.

Some breakfast food. Good wifi.
