SilverStone Inn North Spokane

The room was very clean and we had bath towels, we needed to ask for hand towels. The staff was very nice. The property looked clean. There was plenty of parking. This pool was very small and not maintained well at all. Breakfast was small, but complete. I would stay there again.

Excellent. Just someone needs to be up front and not let the customer wait a couple of minutes.

Comfortable bed and quiet for a good night's sleep.

No elevator to second floor. Breakfast is a grab & go...no table to sit at. Best of all is the price and location. Very reasonable. Would recommend.

Clean and very easy staff. Our sink didn’t drain (15 minutes into getting our room) and they quickly moved us. Next morning our shower was the same. I feel confident they were getting maintenance on it. Beds were very comfortable and I felt it was worth the stay.

The staff were very helpful and got us into our room fast. The room itself was clean and cozy, and the bed was quite comfortable! It’s in a decent location with a lot of restaurant options nearby. We enjoyed a long, hot shower then checked out a local bar within walking distance. Enjoyed the included Continental breakfast and strong coffee.

Room appeared clean but had a bit of a smell upon arrival. The walls were also scuffed and had red stains in some spots. The room felt somewhat empty, the fridge and microwave were all by themselves in one large corner of the room; the fridge was tough to open as it was sitting right on the carpet. The bathtub was grimy and appeared outdated, and the faucet was difficult to operate.

I booked the room for my son and we had an issue with check-in which was my fault because I had forgotten to put his name on the reservation but the gal working was rude to him there and myself when I called. And the bed was uncomfortable.

We were one of many families in Washington State who lost our home due fire. We rented a room, had our dog sleep in the car overnight, by morning, I was about to take him out of the car for a walk, when a lady began yelling at me "you can't have a dog in your room, we don't allow pets" I redirected her to the fact I was taking the dog out of my car not from the room, she was very insulting, loud and demanding us to leave I had already paid for 6 nights, told her about the lost of our home from the fire, she said "that's not my problem", and "you need to leave" I asked for a refund of our reminding 5 nights, she said that's totaling up to Expedia, she has nothing to do with refunds, which it turned out not to be true, Expidia contacted her to approve the refund, she only returned 4 nights. Expedia did nothing about any of this!!
