Due to the hotel being booked full for hoopfest, the room I chose was apparently not available and I was given a handicap room. The "closet" a single rod to hang clothes from and was less than 5 ft off the floor so I couldn't hang a dress. There were so many grab bars and a fold up seat in the shower which made it awkward to shower without banging into something. This property just stood out as one of the least favorite hotel stays I've had.

The TV was not working in this unit. I contacted the front desk. She acted like I didn’t know how to operate a TV and I left in the TV still was not working.

Breakfast was among the cheapest and worst I've had at a hotel. The hallways smelled musty, smoky, and dirty. Our room had an overwhelming chemical smell to mask the mustiness. Our bathroom sink wouldn't drain, and after calling for maintenance, they never showed up to fix it. We won't be staying here again.

The stay was ok. Elevator down. Walked stairs for 2 days. I walk with a cane. Was hard to do. They finally got a room closer to the front door no elevator not needed thank goodness. Will be back on June 30th. Hope to have a good room

Check in was a breeze, definitely one of the best places I've stayed and I come to Spokane often. Would definitely stay here again future stays. The 24 hour pool access was also our favorite

We had a great experience at the Quality INN Oakwood. The breakfast and variety of options was a smash hit with the wife and kids. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The indoor swimming pool is great for the kids. Conveniently located right next to a Walgreens and other dining and shopping options.

Clean room, kind and helpful staff, breakfast was good, had all the amenities I expect in a hotel and felt safe. Enough lighting, able to close the curtains. Can't say enough good things. Would stay again.

Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful in curing a reservation I had.

I loved returning to my spotlessly clean room and oh-so comfy bed after a busy stay. I had to adjust my reservation while I was there and staff couldn't have been more helpful.
