Wonderful rooms inside. Outside not was updated. Staff very helpful. Right near Zion shuttles.

Spacious room, updated bathroom, comfortable bed. Convenient to Zion park entrance and walking distance to most restaurants. Pool was amazing with great view of Zion!

air conditioning not easy to regulate to right temperature.

Cute and perfect to visit Zion National Park

Room itself was clean, bed was comfortable. Plenty of shelf storage, not mush room to hang clothing. Small room, but it worked as most of our days were spent at Zion. Easy to walk to shuttle, restaurants and grocery store. Small Refrigerator in the room. Bakery in the parking lot was amazing.

Had a lovely stay here while visiting Zion! The pool was super nice and refreshing after hot days hiking. The room was cute and clean, and the hotel was quiet. Friendly owner who gave some good tips for hiking!

The rooms were clean and the staff amicable and pleasant. Close to the bus stop to Zion and in a lovely part of town.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, Scott was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well taken care of. It was a beautiful experience from beginning to end, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and property! We had a wonderful trip

7th hotel in the USA in 8 days and this is by far our favourite so far. Rooms were great, modern, great beds. Excellent pool and hot tub. Good location in Springdale and lovely staff.

Had an upstairs room with a tub. The tub was large! This is a recently renovated motel from the 50s so the room was huge and bathroom a bit tiny. They did a great job within the existing conditions. Thick cotton sheets and comfortable bed. Scott at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Great value for the price for sure. Wish we had stayed another night. Free parking too! Rent bikes from across the street and walk down to Oscar’s for dinner.

No coffee, but there is a coffee shop on the same property. Great Location. Amazing matress. Dream Cloud. They invested in the important stuff and not those frivolous shampoos and gifty stuff. Had an excellent nights sleep

Exceptional

Room was spacious. Love the fact you don’t need to check in or out anywhere, it’s all done by text. The only complaint I have is the very loud AC unit. Too hot to turn it off but very noisy at night.

Very Clean!!!!! Room looked like it had been redone very recently. Air Conditioning worked great :) After 8:00pm, there is no one in the lobby to check you in, you call a number and are given a code to get in. I didn't interact with any staff members in person. Coffee shop on property was excellent. I would definitely recommend. Location was close to Zion shuttle stop.
