The only downfall was the bed was too firm.

we made the best of a bad situation when a hour after arrival the whole county in Zion had a power outage that lasted over five hours . staff did the best to help as we did get a little flashlight to see but no elevaters or anything during this emergency situation for the entire county. place was nice and everyone made the best of a bad situation.

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. Rooms were relaxing.

Very friendly staff great breakfast service - kithcne staff representative made a point of checking with diners to make sure that they were satsified - that was a nice persoanl touch no complaints - very satisifed with location, room cleanliness, facilities and breakfast - especially satisfied with the staff;s friendliness from check in to check out the staff makes the difference

The location is great Room was small for a family of 4 and the breakfast was lacking variety for +$250 a night.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shuttle buses, giving easy access to go to Zion National Park. Beautiful scenery and lobby. I thought that a split level room would have the 2 beds on different levels but the beds were right next to each other. The other level only had the bathroom.

Location of property was perfect for access to Zion. Beautiful views from the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel had something for everyone. For dinner Springdale was a very walkable town. Front desk staff was very helpful and shared maps of where to get food, souvenirs and more. An added bonus fresh lemonade and I fused water in thr lobby daily. They even offered bottled water for us to take on our ride to the airport.

Will definitely come back for my next visit to Zion. Perfect location. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were huge and the staff were so helpful. I loved it.
