Very beautiful place! Very clean!

We stayed in the family room with two bunks. The bathroom door was broken, the phone didn’t work and the main king mattress was deformed with the height higher at the feet and lower at the head. Which means you needed three pillows to stay leveled. Needless to say we had two sleepless nights. They did send maintenance to try and fix, but both days they couldn’t do any fixes for various reasons. When leaving, the lady at reception couldn’t be bothered and just said “ok, yes I heard” when checking out. Beautiful hotel otherwise, great location. But def needs attention. Won’t be back here again.

I liked the location and the facility itself was nice. I thought the rooms were mediocre and the hallways had a smell.

The bathroom was two different sliders on the outside of the bathroom wall. They were supposed to meet and then could be latched. Except the doors kept coming off their bottom track and it was extremely hard to get them latched together. I feel that door set-up is a joke and whoever made the decision to do that should be looking for a new job. I don't know why so many motels, including this one, fail to put a comfortable chair in the room. I am not sure why they continue to put in chairs that make the back and rear-end hurt. Most of the time there are two occupants in a motel room so each room could use two good chairs.

Nice view from pool and lobby. The only negative was that we didn’t expect that we would be located in a second building not attached to the main amenities so may be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Also no microwaves in the rooms! Other than those to items it was a great place and I would certainly stay again.

The jacuzzi was perfect after hiking! I just wish the pool was a little warmer. The beautiful canyons surrounding the resort made the experience even more special.

The location is great, the property is clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful! However, we did encounter a large area power outage for more than 4 hours. The elevator was down the next morning when we needed to checkout. We needed to carry our large luggage via the narrow and long staircase from 2nd floor, which was very difficult for elders like us. Other than that, it is a good place to stay!

Very friendly staff

Awful stay in an hotel that shouldn't be a Hyatt. You basically leave with your neighbours next door, the AC makes so much noise that you can't sleep and the staff at breakfast is the rudest I have ever encountered when visiting the US, plus you have to tidy your breakfast afterwards which is a joke knowing you paid to be in an hotel! Lift didn't work upon arrival and hotel didn't let us know so we had to carry our huge luggage on our own as no staff offered to help. To run away from. Not worth the money and there are so many other options that I am sure would be better.

We like it very much. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is delicious!

The room was very clean and well decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the hotel was spectacular. However, they gave us a connecting room on the first floor, right next to the entrance… unlucky us, there was a baby in the next room and we weren’t able to sleep at all! On top of that, in the morning the hallway noise was horrible.

The rooms were nice. High ceilings, well maintained and a beautiful Mountain View. The lobby was also nice and a great place to get some work done if needed. I would def recommend this stay. Also there’s a place called Jacks! Must try!! Food was delicious
