Everything was so amazing!

Beautiful architecture in breathtaking location in Springdale. Rooms are clean and have all we need. Nice variety of choice for breakfast even for European. Coffee, tea, water and lemonade in the lobby all day long. Cool amenities such as bilard or shuffle board which were an additional fun for kids and teenagers in the hotel. The lady at the reception desk is rude ( only the staff at breakfast was friendly). Despite paying a substantial amount for our accommodation, the service makes us feel unwelcome which is unbelievable. Did not allow the kids to play shuffle board after breakfast: rules say it can be used from 10:00 but i do not know if it is better if they sit and scream in the lobby for one hour waiting for it and disturbing all the people rather than just let them play in isolated room without disturbing anyone.

It was a great stay ! The staff is very kind, the establishment is awesome, good breakfast, complimentary cookie and coffee at every time. The pool is superb with a view on Zion rocks. The laundry is great and easy to use I give 9/10 and not 10/10 because we had to pay for parking. I would have appreciate to have the parking included in the fare.

The only disappointment has been that, on each of our visits, the jacuzzi was not working. Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, the pool also had to be temporarily closed due to an incident involving other guests. Of course, that was no fault of the hotel, and it certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, beautiful scenic walking areas, and some of the best restaurants all within walking distance. We absolutely love staying here and can’t wait to return in the fall. Fall is my favorite time to visit both the hotel and Zion, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Close by the shuttle, perfect view of the canyon, the room was spacious and hotel had good facilities Selected services hotel was not made clear to us upon arrival, means no real housekeeping.

We had few problems witg the reservation- there was no way to reach the hotel. No person answering the phone, no reply via mail or booking...

Location to Zion National Park.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. It didn't bother them when we asked for an extra bedding set and extra towels. The hotel is beautiful, has multiple entrance/exit door besides the main loby entrance. It serves great breakfast and you can sit at elegant and comfortable indoor tables or on the outside terrace with an amazing mountain view. Plus, the coffee table and lemonade stand are available at any time. We'll definitely stay here again.
