No pool but clean. No breakfast but easy to get around to shuttles and town.

The front desk clerk was great. We had a family suite with a full kitchen but it didn't really have all the kitchen utensils needed. My fault for not checking but this hotel does not have a pool and when the days are over 100 degrees it would have been nice to be able to cool off

The location was perfect! Lots of restaurants to eat at in the surrounding area. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is a grab and go that included a breakfast sandwich with fruit and yogurt. Very well worth the price!

Everything was really nice. Parking was right in front of my room so moving stuff in was super easy. The only downside was that the power shut off on me several times

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. For some reason the cleaning staff did not make up our room the first day, which meant the trash was overflowing (only 2 small baskets) and no towel refresh. The female desk person was friendly and helpful, but the male desk person was not - always had a sign up that said “Be back in 5 minutes” but was gone much longer than that. Also don’t plan on the breakfast being anything to write home about. A sack with a cold breakfast biscuit with mystery meat

Amazing staff on ground. Helpful, friendly. Location is in the middle of Springfield, easy to get to the Park Shuttle or walk the city The Lodge is a bit run down. It needs some upkeeping and renovating.

Good location Reception closes at 9 PM; we had been traveling all day, and when we arrived, the attendant said they were on the verge of canceling our reservation. Another point: breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM, which delays an early departure for the park; furthermore, it is served in small bags that have to be picked up at reception, as there is no actual area where you can sit down and eat.

Got in late and booked late, front desk was closed. call Emergency number. Staff was very helpful in getting us our key. Great location for a Zion hike.
