The staff was friendly and super helpful, and the property appeared to be well maintained. Unfortunately, we could hear everything happening on our floor. I expect to hear doors clicking shut in a hotel, but it seemed like we could hear every other guest's movements, conversations, music, etc. It wasn't the most restful stay.

The lady at the desk, Sarah, was a little snarky and sarcastic when I checked in. She first told me when I requested a 1st floor room that the gym, the pool, and the lobby were the only thing on the 1st floor. She said it like im just supposed to know that. Then she proceeded to tell me that I didn't state in my message to the hotel that I had a service dog. And when I told her I did state that,she told me that the 3rd party site I used didn't tell them that, and that next time I should state that. I pulled up the message I sent and showed her that I did state it. And she said we'll they didn't send that over. That's not my fault, yet she acted like it was. Other than that,the hotel was nice and clean. It had a restaurant attached to it,so that was nice.

I Loved this hotel and really enjoyed my stay

I booked this stay through Expedia just after midnight and when I got to the hotel there was a sign on the door that said they were full and the door was locked. Expedia is not refunding my money. I would worry about booking through Expedia let alone this hotel that locked the doors . I have never experienced anything like this .

The building was a bit shabby in some areas and musty-smelling. The staff, however, was so kind and helpful. The breakfast, although not complimentary as hoped, was quite good. The pool area was decent and very fun for the kids. Appreciated that an Uno pizzeria was attached to the building so that we could avoid walking in the rain to grab lunch or dinner.

The hotel is clean and safe and right next to the Basketball Hall of Fame. No frills, but great for a short stay.

Very nice stay, clean and comfortable. Paid in advance for the full breakfast which saved some money. Fabulous breakfast from the menu but buffet was also available.

The pool, hot tub and the gym were great. Friendly staff and it was great having a restaurant attached at hotel.

The staff were really helpful. I was having an issue with my card and they were exceptionally patient and helped me significantly. My view was incredible. Being on the 5th floor I could see most of downtown like the casino and the hall of fame. The pool closed at 10 but opened at 5 am and we were able to take a private swim and enjoy the hot tub alone for a while. I didnt like that breakfast was an additional fee.

The location was easy to find. It was convenient to get something to eat. Staff were nice and the hotel was clean Everything was good. The only thing I would point out was in the shower there was 1 shampoo and 2 conditioners, and no shower gel. I think the bottles were put in wrong, but it wasn’t a big deal there was bar soap to use.
