Staff were very helpful. There was 1 working elevator for a 8 story building. The working elevator probably fit 4-5 adults, so the wait for the elevator was horrible. The parking is 3 city blocks away, in a very desolate area. Didn’t feel comfortable walking the area alone at night.

Parking is not at the property. Pool is on the smaller side. Breakfast is great, with healthier options such as omelettes, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruits.

The room was very clean and spacious though and housekeeping and reception staff were great! The breakfast was amazing! There were a couple of great places to eat within walking distance!

For an express hotel this place was so great! The price was affordable, the staff at the front desk was so helpful in helping with checking in early and checking out late. The rooms were incredibly clean and the free breakfast was better than what most hotels have to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking adjacent to the hotel is no longer available. It is quite inconvenient to have to park in a parking garage that is about a block away.

It was a great stay! Room was clean and quiet. The only drawback was that the area is under construction and parking is limited next to the hotel. You can park in a parking garage for free which is about a one block walk.

Hotel itself was ok. Only one working elevator, so took a long time to get in or out. Carpark was a considerable walk, the spaces around the hotel were always taken. Lots of construction work around the hotel, which wasnt mentioned on booking, so no peace at all from 6.45am till 6pm. Woken every day at 6.45am.

Great breakfast, pool and room. Elevators were down. There was no parking by the building.

First off, parking was minimal, the lobby had no air conditioning and I was told the owner refused to have it fixed. It was 85 degrees in the lobby and everyone was complaining about it. There was only 1 small elevator working and when I say small, you could barely fit in with a luggage cart. I was told the other elevator has been out of order for awhile and once again the owner refused to fix it.
