MGM Springfield

Plenty of things to do for kids whether in the MGM or around it all walkable. Basketball hall of fame, or Dr Seuss and other museums connected within the MGM swimming pool or bowling or movies. Plenty of options to choose from for food.

My first time in Springfield MA.. I think I disliked the area not the hotel… the hotel is beautiful, staff was very nice, beautiful room, comfy bed. Wish there were more options and better places to eat. If you HAVE to be in Springfield, then this is a beautiful hotel to stay.

There was only one light that was not working (a small bedside lamp between the queen size beds) but because there were others on the side of each bed, plus the main light switch in the room that controlled the bigger lights, we were able to accommodate our nighttime lighting needs. The safe and frig within the room were hidden from sight but a great use of the closet space. The handicapped bathroom features made the space feel like a spa. In room complimentary toiletries were nicely scented and in easy to use pump containers. Bedding was heavenly! Having a wall switch to operate the sheer curtains and black pit drapes was very convenient. Large TV (which could be seem from both beds was a nice feature.)

Everything was clean and lovely. Just way smaller space than other hotels. It wasn't an issue for us, just noting it for people it would bother. Room was about half the size of a normal American hotel room. We won a little in the casino, spent it on room service. The food was good.

Comfy beds, great location especially if heading to Six Flags. Nice pool area.

The room is very loud, can hear everything from the person next door. The pool, it was ok, but being kicked out because not having a wrist band, was horrible. No one ever told us about wristbands.

It does need better, coffee shops, maybe like a Starbucks

Bri seemed just as excited about the surprise as we were! We played some machines then went to eat at the steak house. The service and food were excellent! My room was beautiful and spotless. Unfortunately I didn’t have a swimsuit because the pool and hot tub looked so beautiful and inviting. The next morning when I went to the lobby to check out, Bri saw me and called out. She wanted to know how the surprise went and to see pictures. I hope Bri can be recognized for her stellar customer service and warm personality! I highly recommend staying at the MGM Springfield! I certainly will be back!

The room was clean and the shower was AWESOME! Love the outdoor pool but the fitness center could have been a little bigger. Not really more machines just more room.

This place was beautiful. Very well maintained, modern hotel with top of the line rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing is watch out for the dates you stay. We went during the middle of the week and some of the restaurants were closed and some of the food areas said they open during certain hours butgtgey were closed. If your looking for a modern hotel with and upscale feel at a great price this is your spot!

Room was excellent but waited over 3 hours to get it and given a $15 food and beverage credit nice but not enough for the inconvenience after long drive just wanted a few hours sleep before going out in the evening so ended wasting a night

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are beautiful as well as the rest of the property. There is so much to do. Definitely recommend staying here.

La habitación fue muy bonita y estaba súper limpia, fácil de encontrar y habían varios ascensores, el hotel tiene mucho entretenimiento hubo Dj en el bar y la pasé súper bien. No pude utilizar la piscina pero se veía limpia y muy bonita el área. La cómida en el Tap Restaurant estuvo deliciosa y me enamoré de una bebida pero no recuerdo el nombre del cóctel. Un servicio muy bueno. Recomiendo este hotel.
