There was black mold in our bathroom

It’s a great place to stay at the shower pressure could be better that could be a little bit softer. It’s in a great location. Every time we come and visit family. This is somewhere we like to stay this time though I did find a dirty towel hung behind the door that I think was missed by housekeeping.

Property was well maintained and staff were very friendly

The breakfast was adequate, and the one staff at breakfast was really friendly and very helpful. The location was good though for what we were doing in town. We didn’t realize we were coming during college graduation and there were a lot more people and probably issues due to that.

location was good for what we needed. Loved the balcony. rooms were clean but even when the tag was placed outside the door, the room wasn't attended to. That being said it was never a problem to walk down and get more towels. Staff was helpful and accomodating.

The room was great - the temperature contol was perfect. The only dings: the broken ice-machine and not having a few items like tissue boxes, the water temp for the shower being wonky. Incredibly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great big room that felt like a suite but wasn't.

The sink didn't drain properly. The fitness room didn't have any antibacterial wipes for the equipment. I mentioned this to the staff and they ignored the issue.

Great stay. Hotel was very clean and spacious. Modern rooms. Check in staff was very helpful and kind.

I would stay here again

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and courteous. I would say that the free breakfast was above average, and will definitely stay again when visiting Eugene.

I have never had any staff work so hard and patiently to solve a booking issue for me as your front desk employee Aaron. He solved it and with a smile!

Clean good location No ice. All machines broken
