Room was clean. Complementary breakfast had some good options. And it was close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Only complaint was that my fridge wasn't cold and no freezer option, no temperature control.

Superb

Our stay overnight here at Best Western Eugene was so enjoyable, a relatively quiet space, 2 comfy beds, and all the amenities we could need. The only complaint we had was the elevator squeaking overnight but it wasn’t too bad!

Newer property. Clean with good sized room. Helpful staff. Near to highway and duning. Good breakfast. The only problem was using the TV with 2 remotes and difficult to use.

Clean property. Nice pool. Pool towels are small. Could use more towels in room as well. Busy on event nights. Breakfast was over promptly at 10am so get there early if you want any selection to choose from.

Very nice

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. It's always nice to have a microwave and fridge in a hotel when you are traveling. Staff at the desk were super friendly. The free breakfast had good options. Late night food options nearby. They just remodeled and put the tiniest faucet in the bathroom. The faucet barely sticks out enough to wash your hands. That is literally my only complaint so everything else was great. Oh, and the lady working the breakfast on 7/26 was yelling at everyone. I think she was having a bad day because everyone else we encountered was great.

The room was very clean. We didn’t spend much time there as we were in town for a concert. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

Lovely, spacious room and a very nice staff. The bathroom fan was a bit noisy. My biggest concern is that the bathtub's non-slip surface wasn't really non-slip. I would worry that someone might fall.

Nice large room but the air conditioner was very noisy. Loved the coffee dispenser that would make lattes and mochas. Good breakfast but the bananas were too ripe
