The pillows were far to soft for my personal tastes, and the mattress was much firmer than expected

The room had an odor to it when you walked in. Besides that, nice hotel with friendly staff.

Staff could have come to the room more on a daily basis to at least pick.the garbage up for us. We had to.take it and dispose of it to.get the oder out of the room. The dining room was good but 3 out of 5 mornings we stayed there the milk was empty.

We stayed here the night before a flight out of the Eugene airport. Room was super clean and comfortable and the hotel is right across the street from shopping and dining.

We had a good experience at this hotel. There were lots of restaurants and food places nearby, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t have a swimming pool.

everything was really clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They could add a few more items to breakfast. All in all was a great stay

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful. They really made the hotel experience stress free. The hotel room was clean but the entire hotel feels a bit run down. The hall way carpets look used and it gives the hotel a dreary look. We only stayed one night so for the cost it was as fine.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful! The room was quite comfortable!

Great customer service and very nice facility. The bed and sheets were Amazing! Will be staying there again. Didn’t like that it was on a busy street and in the same parking lot as a gas station.
