Spark by Hilton Springfield Eugene

This is a basic motel. No pool. It’s several years old but has been maintained well. The room was clean and all items were in working order. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a Target. Would stay here again.

Nice and clean plus good customer service.

Proper door security. Comfy mattress, linings, pillows. Plenty of hangers with good space for clothing. Should provide complimentary bottles of water and kettle. Should provide good quality toilet tissue, towels, and washcloths. Breakfast could have been better selections. Fast check in, check out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very busy with a bus stop in front of the hotel. This made the area feel unsafe in the evening. There were many shops and dining options nearby.

Accessible Good- needs attention to toilet.. Ran/made noise frequently in the night. Breakfast bar needs better attention..however quick response from management Overall 4 stars

Top notch for the clean and nice rooms and decor. Whoever designed them must have been someone who actually looked at the space and thought of what people actually need in a hotel room. There were plenty of hooks in the room and the bathroom. The two very easy to use phone chargers. All the shelves and storage areas were great. I do wish there was a pad of paper and a pen in the room. Advertised “breakfast included” was some bagels, fruit, and cold cereal. It should say “limited continental breakfast.” If we knew we would have planned to head out earlier to get a better breakfast elsewhere. It was extremely clean though.

This property was located in a perfect spot. Quiet and really well cleaned.

Check in isn't until 3 but when I called and asked for early check in because I had to be at a wedding 100 miles away at 3:30 they said no problem 😊 excellent service!!!!

Comfortable room, great staff

Love to stay love the convenience of where it’s located love the new remodel. The only problem I had was people up above me were stomping around and very loud from 3 o’clock in the morning till 5 o’clock in the morning I called the front desk and they took care of it. I was so grateful.
