The door to our room was missing the gasket that seal out light and at night there is lots of light that come in from around the door. That may be OK if you like to sleep with a night light on, but for people who prefer to sleep in the dark this is a problem. At the rate they charge for the room, I expected a better experience and value for my money. I will be looking at other option on the next trip to this area.

Breakfast was good. Could use more variety

The check-in process went well. The staff person at the desk was knowledgeable and helpful. Then, I went to the elevator. The floor was dirty, like someone spilled coffee or soda on it. Later that evening I used the elevator again. This time the door would not close. The staff person said that happens sometimes. After a few minutes it resets itself, which is what happened. My room, however, was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff at reception - "Sam" was exceptional!! She was professional in solving the problem with our reservation and put us in a super room on the 3rd floor, close to our son's room. Everything was great!

The staff is always friendly when I stay here. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean and our room quiet with comfortable beds. It's nice that there is a sports bar right across the street after a long day of travel.

Of all my adult life staying on hotels occasionally this qas the most professional staff. Everyone knew what to do and when it needs done. Front desk was kind helpful polite and friendly. Would stay there again and again. Great value compared to the hotels around it

The property is showing some aging and could use a facelift. Staff was helpful. Room was clean except for the aging.
