The staff made our visit awesome! The room and bed were very nice and comfortable as well. From check-in to check-out it was a great stay.Breakfast was nice too. Will definitely choose this hotel when we travel to Springfield again.

Staff was very helpful in adjusting our reservations and the free breakfast was good.

Great staff. We were on a road trip and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast lady was sweet. My kiddo enjoyed the pool.

Staff friendly and always helpful. Always said hi how are you when in hallways,etc. clean comfortable and quite very relaxing. Guest service was excellent by all team members. There is nothing I didn’t like about my stay

Clean but food was left in our fridge from prepaid guest.

i reserved 4 months ago. said i needed the first floor. we get there and ne said first floor was sold out. i said i wanted to be by the pool. i was put at opposite end. i said i needed the ice. sorry , not on my floor and at opposite end, we paid four months ago and he said it would not matter even if we paid 30 years ago. his name was steven very rood.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and the rooms had lots of space. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one night as part of a longer trip. Check in was easy. Desk clerk was friendly, outgoing and helpful. The property and room were clean located in a safe area. Many dining opportunities were available in walking distance. Our needs were met and exceeded expectations. Would stay again.
