They cancel reservations at 6pm if you are not there. Even if you call ahead. They gave oyr room to someone else even after calling and saying we would be a late check in.

Couldn't sleep dogs barking homeless hanging around

After getting room key proceeded to the room only to find the previous customer was still inhabiting the room. Returned to lobby, informed staff of the situation. Staff proceeded to engage other staff concerning the matter and only after several minutes was another room assigned to me. Had there been any other place to stay in Eugene/Springfield on that night I would have stayed elsewhere. Bad company policy, poor management not paying attention to check in and check out, compounded by a princely overnight price which only exemplified the issues…. Don’t bother “leaving the light on for me “ as I shall never utilize another Motel 6 or any of its corporate alternatives.

Very nice clean rooms, but the lighting was too bright outside and the drapes didn’t quite cut the lights.

The staff is great. Very helpful. Unfortunately our first room had a toilet that was known to be faulty and we still were placed in that room. The next room we were told had an air conditioner that never shuts off. Just blows cold air constantly so it was quite cold at night. Simple things that could definitely be avoided.

The room was clean and in a location that felt safe. Only had soap in the room so bring your own shampoo etc if you need any. Bed was comfortable, request for ground floor room was given and made it easy to go in and out with my dog. Staff was super friendly! They were power washing the exterior when it was time to leave and one of the gentlemen even offered to load my bags in the car for me... I declined but that was the most kind offer! Would stay again as a solo female bc it felt safe.

We arrived a little early at 2:30 p.m. for the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, and our room was not yet ready. While we understood that, we were surprised when my daughter was not allowed to use the restroom because we were told it was for guests only. We had to go across the street so she could use the bathroom. Unfortunately, our room still was not ready at 3:15 p.m. Once we were able to check in, we found that the Wi-Fi was essentially nonexistent. In addition, the bathroom sink was dirty and had a large blonde hairball in the corner, which was very unpleasant to discover. While we appreciated having a place to stay when we needed it, these issues negatively impacted our overall experience.

The rooms were basic and clean. Plenty of parking.

The hotel overall was a place to lay your head and clean, but prices were way too high for the quality of this hotel. The room was damp and humid while running the a/c. Policies for this hotel are also very strange requiring ID for everyone staying in the room.

Room was very clean smelt clean wasn’t keen on shower but the water pressure was amazing! Front desk staff was great!! Savanna had an issue with the computer system but she did great!!
-
The walls are thin that we could hear talk. The entrance door had gaps. The wall lights turned on by vibrations.
-
Room smells like smoke, and there was a mosquito flying around.

It appeared that they needed more stair cases so that you could get to your room a little bit easier. Also, the only ice was available in the office. It would’ve been nice to have had a machine on the actual second floor so that you wouldn’t have to go down to the office. Otherwise, everything was great.

Fir a motel 6 it was rather nice and clean Our uhaul was broken into during the night. They say the area is generally safe but you do want to make sure you park your uhaul in a nice, well lit area...

Staff was efficient and courteous Bed was comfortable The shower Hand held allows better rinsing

I liked....that it was near the graduation ceremony. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but their hands are tied by poor mis-management at the corporate level. No wonder Tom Boudett sued them! Arrived, only to be told our reservation for two rooms had been cancelled because "we tried to charge your card and it didn't come across - and it's company policy to cancel". No call, no email. So now, at 7pm the night before our oldest's graduation, I'm faced with no reserved rooms. Conveniently they could reserve me three rooms (because now they couldn't give us a double for our two kids) at their rate - $700 more than I paid through booking.com! Now, I'm out $700 more than what my quote was originally priced at! Booking.com "couldn't do anything as its the franchise's policy" and the help couldn't either. Spoke to the manager the next day and between Booking.com and Motel 6, they refunded $444 of the $700 I was over-charged. (also, lesson learned - ALWAYS choose the prepay option so they won't try this "your card didn't respond to a charge 24-48 hours before your stay!" fiasco/scam). Now, the rooms however really need some help - TV that wouldn't connect, missing pillow cases, broken fan switch on AC, sink that wouldn't drain....really shows this new company (OJO) really is just sucking the profits out as much as possible. I feel incredibly bad for the people that work there and are having to constantly apologize to people as they come through.
