Quality Inn & Suites Springfield - Eugene North

This place is nothing like the pictures. Breakfast area was very dirty and limited. The coffee pot and cups and everything were set up on the shelf under the bathroom sink right next to the toilet.

Great stay!

I was traveling for Business when I got there there was no desk in the room and no ironing board. They basically told me initially well we just don’t have our furniture for a remodel yet. Only after explaining my situation did they move me to another floor in another room but of course they were remodeling ran underneath me which made it pretty miserable for three days.

They were in the middle of a remodel so our room was kind of bare. Otherwise it was okay.

Room was nice and clean and had been updated. It was missing charging ports and some furniture it seemed. Breakfast was fine, dining area was small. Great spot to stop to sleep and eat breakfast before moving on.

I had to ask, at the desk, the next moring to what happened. This was not appropriate to pay $300/night under these circumstances.

The staff was extremely accommodating Hotel needs a complete make over. It’s hard to be happy to stay at a property when you’re paying $ 300 a night when the hotel is rundown and you’re looking at rust everywhere and things falling apart.

I liked how clean everything is. And the hot breakfast was exceptional. Thankyou The room (301) did not have a place to hang shirts. Or a table to set things on.

Apparently this hotel doesn't allow local people to book with them. So even though I put in a North Carolina address, when they pulled up my phone number, it was showing a local address where I used to live. They let us book when I gave a driver's license with my NC address, but we're military and we don't usually have to update our address on our driver's licenses, so I kinda feel like we just got lucky with this rule. Also, they charge you extra every night for having the dog. I don't remember seeing this up front. The whole check in process was odd. The room was in below average condition as well. The floors were sticky from the cleaning chemicals they use and the caulking in the bathroom had mold on it.

The two queen bed mattresses were extremely comfortable. A blood stained bandaid was between sheets in room 217.

Couldn't hear street traffic at all. Walls are thin . Listened to TV from other rooms all night
