We booked through app and went srinagar once we reach hotel they told hotel wil be close for next two days so they cannot allow on holy days .why they not mentioned at time of booking.this is rediculous

The staff was rude and demanded above the booked amount. The bed had torn sheets. Above that the water was provided after asking repeatedly. I only stayed as I had an event just across the road. The photos don't match with reality.In short, Avoid it.

There was nothing that I liked. The hotel is in a very bad condition, their beds are lying on the road and their bed was making such a noise that I could not sleep the whole night.

Even after complaining about the wrong room provided no one bothered to call and resolve the issue but closed the ticket. No resolution provided for the escalation. Why the hell I was jot provided right stay or atleast transfer to other lodge.
