Great breakfast Fantastic value

We didn’t expect staying in a dorm room to be so accommodating. It was simple but very clean with genuine effort to make us feel welcome. The location is very near the beach and the center of the city. The amazing buffet breakfast was wonderful, especially the gluten free and healthier options. The shower curtain didn’t reach to the floor, causing the bathroom floor to get quite wet.

Location was outstanding. Price was also great. Food options for an evening meal just so so. Breakfast was outstanding - except for the continual scraping of chairs on the floor (yes we get it, there is no way around that)

The rooms were very stuffy, although it was very hot.
-
Fabulous location and great value. The breakfast was delicious. The checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have an electric fan as the heat was stifling at night.
-
Convenient location, excellent breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful. Somewhat institutional in character. It is, after all a student dormitory in its other life.

Breakfast was quite a wide range of options. I appreciated that there was at least instant decaf coffee and decaf tea, and there was a sugar free soy milk. The room was quite sufficient, had all that one needs, even a more spacious bathroom (than other dorms have). The mattress was still usable for a single person who is not too heavy; however, the springs (?) were quite audible and poking in some area. No matter if guest or student, I think a new mattress is necessary.

Every taste catered for. Great location. Staff lovely the room was fab ,just the bed/matress was a bit uncomfy

Great breakfast this is our second time of staying here.
-
Tiny room (although it was en suite). Uncomfortable mattress - I could feel every spring.

Great breakfast and excellent location

Very good breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff.

My plane was late and so I arrived late and it was helpful that the night warden was available to give me my room key. Also, I asked a staff member, Brian Murphy to print a document for me as this, he helpfully did with no fuss. Breakfast in this venue is very good, the choice, the quality will impress. The bar in the evening is also good to have and it helps that it also serves food. The good staff here make an already good venue a whole lot better.

Fabulous breakfast.

It was close to town and breakfast was included daily. Easy walk to Old Course too. Provided hair dryer and iron. Lots of parking. One of the mattress was worn and had a hugh divot. very uncomfortable to sleep in.

A bit loud at times

Good location, great breakfast buffet

Very nice breakfast spread. Check in and out were both easy. Room had a closet and drawers to unpack if you're staying a few days. A U.K. double bed is short for a 6 foot person. My feet hung off so I had to sleep diagonally. My room was on the end and it took several minutes to get hot water but when it finally came it was plentiful.

The bed is bad, very uncomfortable. It is an old bed that I cannot feel it has a bed mattress.
-
Shower drained a bit to the rest of the bathroom. Bed could have been more comfortable.
