Every was perfect!

Everything! Seriously, it is a beautiful hotel inside and out, matching the beauty of the Old Course and town. We stayed one night and it ruined the hotel stay that came after it. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was delicious. One of my favorites memories is sitting in the bar overlooking the Old Course and enjoying some fine whiskies with our friends. The price mainly or we would have stayed a few more nights. This IS a luxury hotel though, have no doubt. If I have to nitpick one thing it was that the bathtub was super deep which made getting into it feel like climbing over a fence. So if you have mobility or balance issues, maybe look into an accessible room.

The best!

Beautiful building/room with iconic view. There are only a couple of rooms on the first floor that although have a view of the course also have a large view of the rooftop below. We initially had one of those rooms.

I absolutely loved the greeting when I passed from my room to breakfast or to the spa. I was greeted with sincere interest and was asked if I needed any help finding anything. I also cut myself on the pinky and was given a bandaid by staff and even some to keep for later. They were sooo sweet! Adored the front desk ladies as well. Absolutely loved the view we had for breakfast as well. Are you kidding me, there’s nothing not to like here. Loved it.

Beautiful hotel and great staff

We had a brilliant stay for my wife’s birthday. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the occasion special. Our room had beautiful views across the course, which set the tone perfectly. The spa was a real highlight: calm, immaculate, and exactly what we needed to unwind. Breakfast was another standout, with quality ingredients and service that never felt rushed. Altogether, a memorable and faultless stay that made the birthday weekend feel truly special. Honestly, the only downside was that the stay felt too short — everything else was exceptional.

The whole hotel was just beautiful! From the gorgeous signature scent in the reception area, to the very helpful staff, and the quality of the room and dining areas. The breakfast was absolutely superb! We loved that we could order a memory foam pillow, which was delivered quickly by the staff. An absolutely first rate stay!

We weren't counting on it regardless but the Spa was being renovated so unavailable. You will be hard pressed to find anything to complain about.

The room was great with a fantastic view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the Jigger Inn was good. We will definitely return.

Staff was very kind during check-in and check-out. Breakfast, which was included was excellent with very courteous staff and servers. Room was clean, roomy and taken care of for turn down in the evening. Hotel 5 stars overall! Nothing to complain about. Enjoyed our stay. Jigger Inn was excellent for dinner and snacks.

Location, the bed was super comfy, the bathtub you could practically swim in. The breakfast was top notch
